Randy's Auto Repair was hired to repair my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. The complaint was wind noise coming from the windshield area and a loud noise and grinding sound. I was given a price of $2800 for parts and labor. I dropped the vehicle off on 8/2/2021 and picked it up on 8/24/21. The final price totaled $2800. The Jeep still had the same loud noise. ***** told me to drive it for 1,000 miles to get the new parts lubricated and worked in and bring it back for him to change the oil. I dropped the vehicle back off with him on November 11th on our way out of town and was told to give him two weeks. After two weeks it still wasn't done. In December, January, and February it wasn't done. I was told he was just very busy and hadn't gotten a chance to get to it yet. In the beginning of March I was told that it was "okay to drive" and once he got time he'd "fix it". My vehicle sat at his business not touched for four months after being told multiple times a month that he was about to get started on it. Right before I picked the vehicle up Randy told my father in law that he needed a part that was hard to find so my father in law found one at the dealership in town with one phone call. All Randy had to do was go pick it up but he hasn't done it.Business response

This vehicle is now shared between myself and my 16 year old son. We had the luxury of using my father in laws truck for the four months before however he is now retired and needs his truck. I will need a drop off date and a pick up date in order to make arrangements for a loaner vehicle.
