On 2/27/21 I paid Concrete Conversions LLC $3,606.85 to cover my 30'X20" barn patio with a concrete overlay. Not sure what material they used. In June of 2021 I let the owner, ******* know a crack had come up on his patio work. On July 23, 2021 I let him know I had 2 cracks via text. On August 5, 2021 he replied back and assured me he would warranty his work withing a couple weeks. I called a few weeks after that and left a voice mails, I now had 3 cracks. As of today I have 4 cracks. I have repeatedly sent emails, text messages, voice mails and do not even get the respect of a reply! I am very afraid someone will go on the patio barefooted and cut their foot! This patio is part of my venue I rent. This patio is a huge liability in result of their terrible workmanship.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/09) */ My warranty does not include cracks. I repair all cracks but I did not pour the concrete slap. The coating is bonded to the slap, it has flexibility but is not crack resistant. Also on his receipt is says in the fine print not responsible for cracks in the substrate or repaired cracks. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/03/14) */ In less than 60 days after the job, the owner was notified I had cracks. He indicated in a text he would make the warranty repair withing a couple weeks. He has put me off since then repeatedly, never indicating he would not honor his work. Since then I have been told by expert floor people that he put down the wrong product on this patio. Not only did he put down the wrong product for a outside patio, he also overcharged me tremendously. This is outrageous he is not honoring his work! IF he does not honor his work I will see him in small claims court. Business Response /* (4000, 17, 2022/03/31) */ The correct coating was applied for outside conditions. Having been doing concrete coatings for seven years I know what coatings to go where and applied under the manufacture's specification's. The coatings are only as good as the slap they are bonded to. The slap was extensively cracked. I repaired them, however I can not guarantee that the cracks will not reappear. Consumer Response /* (4200, 19, 2022/04/01) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Once again! The slap is not cracked. Your product is cracked, but you wouldn't know this because you are not a honest business man to had come over to see it at any time. Instead you lied and said you would take care of the cracks. That's OK, a Judge will easily see through your poor business ethics and ripping people off!
