Roadmaster Drivers School in ***********. When I applied to the school in Feb of 2024 I was accepted and told to report to the school to start training to get a CDL so I could make living driving commercial vehicles. I was told that the school would be 4 1/25 weeks. I made financial arrangements to get through the training with minimal funds as I couldnt do my previous work as a residential remodeling specialist any longer. As of May 14 2024 Iam still here, almost 3 weeks beyond my graduation date. The problem isnt that the school is behind. They knew this fact when I was told to report for training. They knew this when they decided to take my money to attend the school. Iam contending that I was intentionally misled for monetary gain on the Part of Roadmaster **** NC. I Wasnt given the opportunity to change my mind before I decided to drive to **** from ***********. almost 3 hours away. My wife is disabled and cannot work. *** livid that I was out right lied to just to get my money. Also not one staff member informed myself or my fellow students of this fact. It was the students that had been here way beyond the time they said they would be as I now am. Iam in a serious financial hardship and about to lose my Apt. After almost 8 years of tenancy. I want Roadmaster to make this right. I was also not told that the boarding was my responsibility financially. So when the contract was presented and financing already in place I find out that I am responsible for another $5,500. Iam fed up with the unprofessional management and corporate doesn't seem to care at all. Please help me get a resolution to this unfortunate problem that was created by this business. Also they continue to start new classes every week in spite of the scheduling problems they have. Thank you.
