    On 04/28/22 I went to High Tech Auto care for my safety inspection. ****** the owner took my keys and told me the inspection would get taken care of. After an hour he pull** my car around front and let me know it was finish**. I pay** and receiv** my pass inspection paper work and receipt. I got into my car, as I was a panel behind the door handle on the inside of the door fell off I then went to roll my windows down as usual. But they did not roll down I proce**** to check every button to roll my windows down and they wouldn't work. I notic** all of my buttons on the driver door were stuck. I went inside to inquire with the owner **/****** who said he did the inspection. He told me he had no idea why I was having these issues but its probably a master switch that would I cost $400 per window to fix. He then told me, he only test** one window. Conveniently the window on the passenger, that now only rolls down via the button on the passenger door. The only window that would roll down after my inspection. My significant other who then call** the store twice to inquire. After his calls, two mechanics and the owner came outside to look at my vehicle. ****** the owner persist** to tell me he didn't know what to tell me and that it could be a matter switch or fuse box and he didn't know why this was happening I insist** I didn't have these issues before the inspection began. He continu** tell me he didn't know anything about it and did not try to fix it. He then went back inside. Another mechanic did take a look into the new issues after three hours go by he is able to fix everything except my driver window. I went inside and ask** for my car to be completely fix** back to the way it was when I arriv** and the owner refus** to help as he did earlier. He gave me no good reason or explanation. He told me I should expect things to happen during an Inspection and that he only test** the wipers and signals and my new existing issues were not because of anything he did.
