On December 22nd my husband, 3 children, and I attended the Wool E Bulls Winter Wonderland event for our igloo reservation at 5:30pm. At the bottom of the stairs inside the stadium there was an attendant standing. We asked him how to get to the igloo entrance and he pointed towards the back of the field. We walked all the way across the field and we were unable to get in because we were directed in the wrong direction. We then walked all the way back to where we started and continued past the attendant again to enter the igloo. This wasted almost 10 minutes of our time. We sit down in the igloo and there was not enough hot chocolate for my family. At this time we went to the concession stand to purchase additional food and we asked the black lady at the podium if she could provide us with more hot chocolate. When we arrived back to the igloo with our food there was a different attendant standing at the podium. A white family walked in right before my family did and they were not stopped or asked any questions. Since we had already checked in prior we were walking back to our igloo. She then stopped us and told us that we must check in again, I informed her that we had already checked in and I pointed to our igloo. She then told us that we could not come back inside the igloo because she had already cleaned up the table. I stated that we paid for 45 minutes and wanted to use all of the time that we reserved. She then followed us and said how much time we had left and we were not allowed to use the hot chocolate or drink any water. I informed her that we did not have any water from when we arrived and that we would be drinking the water. She stated again that we could not have it. My daughters were very upset and felt that they were being racially profiled because no one else was being treated that way. We left the igloo due to them being uncomfortable and went to eat our food at a table by the slides and by this time our entire meal was cold. When we left there was no one sitting in our igloo which was 30 minutes after we were put out.Business response

Thanks for following up. We have been in contact with her and will be refunding her purchase, so we should be all good.
