    I received the worst customer service from All Diva Things online boutique. I placed a large order and didn't receive it. I was going back and forth with the owner about the order, and she was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. When I hadn't received my order after a few weeks, she suggested that I do her job by contacting the post office (in which the package never left her city) file a missing package (she didn't provide me with any of the details of the package) the post office stated she should have done the missing claim. She also did not know which post office she used to ship my order; this was a hunt trying to locate a missing package with no information from the seller. She insulted my size by saying I ordered larger sizes that she did not have (which was available on the website), after I told her the customer service lacked, she called me a liar and that she wasn't giving me a refund (in which I never requested, I just wanted the $160 order) She said she was not sending out another order and basically, I was out of $160. She also blocked me on her website and social media so I will no longer have any updates about my order, I am just out of $160.

    Thankfully I have the opportunity to respond to the lies in this review. This bitter customer is clearly mad that I would not engage with her after her comment of "This is why she doesn't like to take risks with shopping with black businesses" when she herself is black. It is self hatred at best. This is also her second order with our company so was this really a risk?
     
    The customer placed her order on 3/23 and it was shipped immediately the same day. Almost a week ago she contacted me to let me know she had not received her order. After reviewing the tracking information. It showed accepted by the post office. As a business owner, this is documented proof that the post office was in possession of her item.
     
    I asked the customer to contact her local postmaster (this is the normal protocol) In parallel, I filed a lost mail claim. In email, she agreed that we would work together on delivery of the package as she knew it was not my fault. The first lie the customer told was that it was at my local post office and **** told her to contact me to find out why the package had not moved. This didn't make any sense as I don't work for ****. If **** saw that the package was in the same city, don't you think they would move it along? Mind you this was the second order from this customer.
     
    Easter Sunday the customer sent a rude email on how she has been doing my job for me and that she took a risk at shopping a "black owned business". She then tells me that I should have replaced all her clothing and shipped her another order. I informed her that her order was all XL and I did not have the size in my inventory. To even hint at the notion that I was size shaming her is absolutely ridiculous. My whole boutique is catered to women with curves which is why she placed 2 orders. She wanted to speak to me in a negative tone when I had been noting but professional with her. I immediately told her that I would refund her because I did not want her type of clientele in my business.
     
    After speaking to ******, I was informed that I had not done anything wrong and that I did not owe her a refund as the package was at this point in her city. We are in NC and she lived in ************. Instead of contacting her local post office she wanted to engage in negative email jabs in which I was not interested.
     
    This is a case of all money is not good money and we will not tolerate disrespect and black owned business slander from another black woman. It's toxic at best to use that narrative when you can't get your way.
    
Rather than engage with her ghetto behavior, we engaged ****** and let them service the case since she is incapable of adult conversation
     
    My business is thriving and our of 20+ years in business, this is our only negative review.

    This response is even more proof of why this unstable and bitter person was blocked from my website and from ever purchasing from us again. If she felt like our clothes were from *********** why would she purchase 2 separate orders? Nothing about my brand is cheap or low budget. This person belongs with a therapist not on the internet. I will not be responding to anymore of these messages. It's clear who the class act is.
