Its been 2 weeks since my temporary plate has expired. I cannot legally drive my car anymore. No one from the dealer will even call me back and the *** has told me they havent even applied for it. I PAID Johnson Volvo to do all this.Business response

I still do not have a valid license plate from this dealer. My temporary tag has expired and DMV has informed me that the dealer hasnt even applied for my plate yet. I am driving around on an illegal plate. I have called and texted the dealer over a dozen times and no one will even call me back.Business response

We need customer to come back in dealership to re do inspection due to issue with inspection machine. We have reached out several times to ask customer to bring vehicle back to settle this issue. We will continue to reach out until we reach customer.Initial Complaint

WE PURCHASED A VEHICLE FROM THE COMPANY IN APRIL 2021. SOON AFTER WE RETURNED HOME THE CAR BEGAN TO HAVE ISSUES CRANKING AND THE ELECTRONIC THROTTLE CONTROL LIGHT CAME ON. THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN RETURNED TO THE DEALERSHIP SEVERAL TIMES TO BE REPAIRED. EACH TIME, THE CAR IS RETURNED, IT HAS THE SAME ISSUES. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT CONTINUES TO TELL US THE PROBLEM HAS BEEN RESOLVED AND REPAIRED. WE CONTINUE TO HAVE THE SAME ISSUE A DAY AFTER THE CAR IS RETURNED FROM THE DEALERSHIP. IT TAKES SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT THEM BEFORE WE RECEIVE ANY RESPONSE AND END UP GOING THROUGH THE SAME ISSUES AGAIN.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/10/07) */ This guest purchased a 2011 Jeep with 129,000 miles from Johnson Volvo. They did not purchase a warranty for the vehicle. We have attempted to repair some of the issues for the guest but we are unable to keep doing repairs without charging them. We have offered to buy the vehicle back and they have accepted this resolution.
