      I reserved an EX90 through Volvo, through this dealership. The volvo email says if I need to refund, I should contact the dealership. I did, multiple times. While multiple sales agents have reached out thinking I want to buy a car, zero of them have helped me process this refund. It's now been months, with multiple back and forth communications, and still no help. It seems clear they either don't know how to process the refund, don't care, or are purposefully avoiding my requests in order to fraudulently withhold my funds against the terms of service of the reservation.

      We made an appointment for our car to be serviced and to have a broken hinge fixed on the trunk. We waited 30 days for an appointment. When we brought the car in they said it would be the same day. The service department said they were busy and if we would mind waiting until the next day - we said that was fine even though they had no loaner nor did they have a shuttle service. We were informed they would call us the following day to pick up our car and they never called. We had to call them 2 days later to pick up our car - for JUST a 30k mile check up. When they looked at the hinge they broke it into two pieces and said they did not have a part. This was August 2nd and they said the part would be in on August 9th. It was not and we did not receive a phone call or any update. On Friday August 13th the hinge they broke then broke in 1/2 and we called at 2pm to ask for an update on the part and for a loaner since the rear would not close and therefore the car was not drivable. We had to call them 4 times because while they said they would check on the part they never did. At 330PM we got a call from ****** in service saying magically the part was in and we could come in the following week. We have a non drivable call, no loaner and no offer of help with a part THEY broke. My husband was on the phone with ****** when he was being less then helpful or professional and I yelled in the background. ****** then said " You can call me back when your wife is not yelling". This is not 1950 and because I'm a woman ****** felt entitled to be dismissive and unhelpful. I will never use this location again and I will tell everyone I know including many Volvo owners to never use this dealership for service or purchase. We have owned Volvos for 25 years and love the cars. However, if Johnson Volvo is comfortable with rude, unprofessional and unhelpful employees then they will see their business decline. I will also gladly post this on social media.
