      To whom it may concern,I am writing to file a complaint against Impressive Window Tints LLC for taking a $25 deposit from me without showing up to the location to tint my car. The deposit was paid on 2023-07-25 and my car was supposed to be tinted on 2023-07-29. However, the user texted me reporting that he will not be there and that I will need to reschedule. I have called the user several times and he refuses to answer the call or respond to any of my texts. It is also important that you look at the MANY and MANY negative reviews on his Yelp Page: ***************************************************************************************************** . This is clearly a pattern of behavior and I am requesting that the Better Business Bureau take action against this business.I would like to request a full refund of my $25 deposit. I would also like to request that the Better Business Bureau investigate this business and take steps to prevent them from continuing to scam consumers. I'm also attaching a screenshot of two ****** reviewers who have two similar stories. It seems that he may have been legit at one point, but now he has resulted to scamming his consumers. I will also be providing evidence of my receipt as well as a screenshot of texts between he and I where you will see that he did not respond to my text. This is nothing more than illegal practices that should not be tolerated any longer. I don't want any other person to lose their hard earned money in the same way that I did.Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.Sincerely,***********************************

      I along with DOZENS of other people paid a deposit for a service, however, when I showed up for this service no one was at the establishment. I called several times and texted the owner and he gave no explanation for the doors being locked. He said he would refund my money. However, he has not done so. This business has MANY MANY complaints similar to mine under the reviews section of their business listed on Google. They also have several complaints with BBB regarding stolen deposits. They require a deposit to make an appointment, then cancel the appointment or in my case not even open the shop to provide the service. Then keep your money! Please go to Google and read his responses to everyone that left 1 star reviews. Stealing our deposits can not be legal.

      I scheduled an appointment at 11am Feb 22, which required I pay a $25 deposit upfront. I arrived 10 minutes early the door is locked. I called the number on the receipt twice and no answer. Called once again and got an answer the person simply said "yea" when answering. I explained I had an 11am appointment, was told I needed to reschedule. I asked for when or how would I do that...was told "I don't know." And then was hung up on. Called back again because I paid a deposit so I'm confused about that. I again get bo answer. Per the reviews (that I had to dig for) this is a common occurrence.

      This business is lying and confiscating deposits. They have a non refundable deposit policy and are scheduling appointments during days when their establishment is closed. I drove all the way from ***********, NC to ******, NC after receiving a confirmation email and text for my appointment and upon my arrival discovered the business was closed. I called the number and the guy proceeded to tell me they were closed because his kids school was closed. He agreed to refund me my $25 deposit since it was his fault and is refusing to do so because I called him to follow up on when I would be receiving my money back. He even texted me after I gave my honest review on ****** stating the truth about what happened. He then texted me stating " I hope you feel better now. As the policy reads there is a none refundable deposit." This business needs to be shut down as they are taking advantage of customers then harassing them. It is disgusting. ************ is a crook and a thief who takes advantage of women.

      Put a 50$ reservation to schedule an appointment online on oct. 6 . The owner canceled one hour before the appointment time and when i asked about my refund he told me to take it up with the bank.
