      I ordered a pump for my pool on October 19, 2023. It was delivered to ****** on November 6, 2023. I live in *********. When I tried to contact them the phone number was no longer in service. They never responded to my email.

      Date of transaction: 09-5-23 @ 02:55:27 I would like a refund for $103.23. I purchased Halloween Skeleton Decoration online for $103.23 and never received my purchase order. I was delivered to *********************, ******** 22027.GETTARN has stopped responding to my emails. I have not been able to get a response from the time I demanded a refund.

      ordered product. tracking # was sent. followed tracking # for two weeks. package ended up in ***********. emailed *** three times about package going south. I did copy last email and tracking history if you need it. could never get in touch. when I filled out your form the email that was sent to me it showed bad email address. I didn't call because it would be my word against theirs. If you need any thing else please get in touch with me before someone else gets screwed. the money from my credit card went to pashsetting. there are 4 other companies that are almost identical. I just don't want anybody getting screwed

      On September 2,we purchased 2 of Gettarn Holiday Skeletons. They shipped them out and sent them to ****** not *******. The tracking number will show where the items ended up at. This is completely crazy. All the information you have is the same address phone number and email. I have left messages sent emails and never get and answer. I would like either the product I purchased or a refund. I hope you can help me with this. I have copied and pasted my information.       After searching online for a 12' skeleton we found the gettarn.com website which showed the 12' skeleton with lifelike eyes. We decided to purchase through this website as the price was a great deal. The transaction was placed on July 25, 2023. We received a confirmation email which I attached to this message. The order was shipped and I tracked it for about two weeks as it was shipped from *****. The package was said to have arrived and delivered to an address in ********** ********** no where near the address that I specifically gave. The order was to be delivered to our Dad's address in ***********, ** as it was a gift for our nephew. I immediately called the company that is based out of ****** **************, however, received no answer by phone. I then emailed the business and received a response saying they would look into the issue to find out what happened, and/or refund the money. We said that we still wanted the product to send another. I had not heard back from them until I sent another email. I sent in total at this point 5 separate emails (August 10, 15, 17, 18, and 21st). The third email that I received from the company was the same exact message as the first stating that they would look into the issue to find out what happened, and/or refund our money. It seems like there is no communication or lack of care for the customer at this point. We are looking for a refund with our purchase.

      I ordered an artificial Christmas Tree on December 24, 2022 in the amount of $79.36, on-line from a posted site called gettarn.com, located in North Carolina, or so it indicated. This is the company that showed up on my credit card statement: ACQRA *klotup HK. Upon completing my order, the site immediately disappeared. I have did not receive a receipt. My credit card was charged with an additional foreign transaction fee of $2.32. I received a notice from google that this was a phishing site on December 26, 2022. I tried to call them on December 26, 2022 and the line immediately went dead. I would like to recover the total cost of $81.68 as I believe I will never see my purchase. I filed a dispute with my bank this morning, December 28, 2022.
