      On todays date 8/1/2024 at 12:57PM i received a voice mail message about a debt collection. I returned the call and was asked if i know a person named x** xxxx ( i dont recall the name). I informed the caller absolutely not and why are they calling me about someone elses debt. She proceeded to ask me questions and abruptly ended the call after i pushed back. I should not be receiving phone calls about anbother persons debt issues. This is not the first time i have received calls from this company. This must stop.

      15 USC 1692c states that debt collector cannot communicate with consumers without their consent or court order. FCRA states that a credit report is any written, oral, or other communication, of any other information by a consumer reporting agency. A credit report as a form of communicating to the consumer. So, If Bull City Financial Solutions cannot communicate with the consumers without their permission, why are they putting inaccurate information on my credit file without my consent? 15 USC 1692c(b) prohibits debt collectors(Duke Energy) from communicating with third party debt collector(Bull City Financial Solutions) without my consent, which I did not give. My rights as a consumer have been violated. Bull City Financial Solutions claimed that they sent me some type of correspondence( which is written communication without my consent) ,but I did not receive anything at the address where I reside.

I do not have a contract with them, have never done business with them, never ask for their services. I ask for them to cease all communications with me including  by telephone, text, ***** employment, family members, email, consumer file, etc. immediately.

      I am not liable for this debt with Bull City Financial Solutions. I've spoken with them on numerous occasions to resolve and update my credit report. I did not sign a contract with this company under any circumstances.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      if you're using law code 15 USC 1692c as your answer and you're not a medical provider yourself as a company, then how did you purchase information about me from a doctor that supposed to be practicing and adhering to the same law.  As I stated before I don't have a contract with you guys so how did you get personal information about me to report to credit bureau.  That's contradicting rules broken by both a medical provider and you as a company for a consumer privacy. And wouldn't that be identity theft on your part from a legal company gathering information like that about consumers. You're in violation of 15 USC 1681

      Hello. I reviewed my Consumer Reports and noticed that there was an inaccurate account on my ********************** report. ACCOUNT NAME: *********. ACCT# ********.Consumer ****************** play a crucial role in accurately reporting consumer information. I contacted all credit bureaus to request an investigation and removal of an inaccurate account they are reporting illegally. Specifically, I asked for the original application with my signature, but they have failed to provide this evidence. Also, I contacted the Bull City directly and requested "validation" - evidence bearing my signature, showing that I have (or ever had) some contractual obligation to pay them. They received my email on June 3rd (I will attach proof), but I haven't received any requested evidences from them within a month. This is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and these disputed items may not appear on my credit report if they can't be verified by any evidence or proof. Thank you!

      This company has a collection account on my ********************** report. I never lived at the address and I have a lease that shows I lived at an apartment complex 2 hours away at this time and they wont remove it from my credit. They want me to file identity theft charges and get a police report. Why should I when this is the only thing that has happened?

I ask for a full discloser of this debt and i never received any information, original contract or any documents about this debt.By law after 30 days this debt is not mine. Cease and desist all reporting of this account asap. It has been 45 days, and this account is not mine. Stop calling me and harassing me about my debt. You have never proven that I owe this debt.
