I bought the ***************************** Tac glasses set with the yellow lens and the regulars. Buying both sets was not cheap but I liked the fact that it had a lifetime warranty. When I talk to the company years ago after buying them they never mentioned anything about keeping receipts or anything like that to prove warranty. I just got off the phone with them today 2/1/2024 and they told me that without the receipt I am Sol. They they literally accused me of stealing the glasses instead of buying them and trying to get free glasses now. It's been several years and a couple house moves since I bought those glasses so you can imagine where that receipt may be. She said for products that have a year warranty or two year warranty you got to have a receipt for proof but if they would have actually said that I needed the receipt for the warranty I probably would have put them in my extra wallet out in my glove box or something. I did not expect them to yell at me and tell me that I am just out of luck and if I want a new pair of their Tac glasses I should just go pay another $40 and buy them. Their glasses are not exactly made of gold and the best things out on the market but they do the job well enough and they supposed to have a lifetime warranty. Unfortunately, I just don't deserve my warranty to be honored. If I Didn't Know Better I swear that she wanted me to bribe her with some money herself to get her to do something. In that case it sounds like some sort of discrimination on someone who can't exactly afford to pay a lot of money just to get warranty honored.

******************************** was such a horrible experience! This is not a job I would recommend for veterans and military service members. There is plenty of vulgar language and inappropriate conversations daily. I experienced disability discrimination and retaliation. HR is nonexistent and not available to assist if help was needed. Ive even been forced to cover for no show employees and sleeping for hours individuals with no repercussions. I couldnt get reasonable accommodations. Please dont subject any of my fellow veterans to this type of negative treatment.
