      Paid 199.99 for a startup fee, emailed the company multiple times asking questions and I was IGNORED. I just want my money back.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/10/08) */ KB'S Way has a simple process. We cond. uct a consultation which the client schedules, during which we get a feel for the clients issues and wether or not we would be able to assist. We also explain our process and the responsibilities they will have as a client. Once client agrees and pays their enrollment fees, they receive their welcome email and client portal. In the Welcome email, the processes that were explained during the consultation call are reiterated and HIGHLIGHTED to create awareness as the information is VITAL to the success of the process. This client received this email as well as attached necessary documents to start the process. In this email it states and is HIGHLIGHTED how to and when to pay monthly fees. This client also signed our contract. When the client enrolled, her first service was rendered. The following month, we did not hear from the client. In September I was forwarded the clients file due to lack of payment and no explanation, (as we understand people go through hardships we just want it to be communicated) and reached out to her. She then responded with she will be disputing the purchase. I explained to her the process. She then proceeds to go to our business social media gaslighting the situation. Then she proceeds to message me and threaten me with reporting my company. once she realized the error was her fault, she continues to harass me saying to give her money back. But we had fulfilled our obligation at that point. I explained to her from the beginning it could have been handled amicably because I am a very honest woman and I build my business off of integrity and morals, however, the fact that she is going to such great measures based off of untruths, I have no interest nor obligation to refund her. This is a business and she has bashed my company and continues to harass me. She disputed the purchase on ******, whatever they decide I am fine with, but I will not continue to go back and forth about this matter. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2021/10/08) */ She is a liar and did nothing she promised me. No copies of this "contract" have ever been sent to me. This was the only info provided in the welcome email 1. Make your monthly payments at ******************** under the "monthly fee" tab This does not say when to make the payment! She never did anything promised! Consumer Response /* (2000, 10, 2021/10/09) */ Please close the case, ****** has refunded me. I hope that her business is added in case other people have an issue. Thank you!
