      We started working with Geotarget on Dec 28th 2023.This business was supposed to provide us with a professional video to use for marketing across a wide platform of business'. Here is the the complaint we sent initially. This is terrible. The videographer had no lighting, no teleprompter, his camera almost died halfway through our shoot. We took so many different takes that are not in here! We look boring and stiff. We gave him several fun creative options. In the second video he cut out my name when I introduced myself. There was absolutely no guidance at all, no suggestions on how or what we should be doing. We are not actresses but we do our own videos all the time that are way better and capture our personalities way better than this. We absolutely hate this and are very disappointed about the whole experience.We were expecting based on the example that you provided that our videographer and the company would have helped through the process with some creative ideas that really captured who we are. We explained ourselves and who we are and how we wanted to present our company and the man had no idea even how to guide us at all. Also no one even reached out to us until I asked if we were still planning on doing our shoot the day before. So far we are very unimpressed! We need to either redo this entire thing with someone who actually knows what they're doing or we are just going to forget the whole process and not proceed with this commercial at all. Thank you ****** and *************** I'm not the owner!*We were told after this happened that the videographer was fired (we did not ever ask to know this information nor did we ask for them to fire an employee over this, we just wanted our video edited and corrected to have our correct business information. We were told we would get a refund for this back in February of 2024 and have since been ignored from everyone we had worked with to set up our account. Our video has never been published.

      I signed up with GeoTarget in April. My campaigns were supposedly launched in May after many back and forth with edits needed to be made, then they were full of mistakes and had to redo multiple times. We had to spend so much time giving them step by step instructions over and over back and forth via email. They were suppose to link a video I uploaded to my ******* and did not. Today after complaining, they sent me the video to upload to my *******- which it is already there. And they great thing about *******- it shows when I posted the video- May 11th. And they never linked the campaign to it. I met via Zoom with an employee on June 13th, for the one month review to go over the campaign. We discussed a lot of changes that needed to be made, I took a page notes. And at that time we saw zero leads coming our way from this campaign. Today, July 27th, I met with another employees, and found out none of the changes discussed with an emploee last month had been applied, and no notes were left. I paid thousands of dollars for this service and their team dropped the ball and did not do their job. I had referred this company to another business in our area and they are having the same issues. At this point, this company feels like a SCAM, I don't think they every even launched the ads we paid for. We have seen ZERO leads or interests from this, and I know because the 10% off I am offering in the ads with you, I don't offer that anywhere else. And trust me, in our industry people would jump at that. We have asked several friends and clients, that fit the demographics in our area if they have seen the ads and nothing. We have had the, put in keywords and searched on several different platforms - nothing was found. No one has seen anything. The fact that the changes that were suppose to be made and weren't was not their priority. Their priority was pointing fingers and back peddling. They have not held up their end of the contract and do their job.

      After reviewing the customers complaint and accepting responsibility, we did inititate the refund to this customer. A phone call conversation with ****** and the Vice President of Operations resulted in Geotarget agreeing the customer is entitled to a full refund. This account is being refunded in full and thus the matter should be resolved.

      Spoke with a representative to cancel the contract due to services not being provided per terms of contract. Company stated a minimum of ****** exposures per month to indivuals who own a home, over the age of 18, credit scores above 640 and income in excees of $100,000. We are 4 months into the contract, have not received one call, have neices and nephews who do not meet the marketing demographics sending me screen shots of what they are seeing. To date, I have not seen one static or video ad promoted. Contract also provided for a landing page which I have not received information for or access to. I am expecting other consumers are having the same issue confirmed by a 2.3 star rating for this company. All I ask is for the contract to be terminated based on their breach of providing what I was told we would receive.Sincerely,*****

      Our campaigns are designed to work with the collaboration of the business owner. During our sales process, we emphasize the importance of our monthly calls to discuss performance and collaborate on iterations if needed. This is the first time our team has been made aware of any performance issues with this campaign. Our team called every month regarding campaign performance from November 2022 to date. From January 2023 to date, our calls were unanswered. Our campaign team not only calls on a monthly basis to review campaign performance, they also email campaign performance specifics to the customer. These emails and calls were unanswered. Unless we are notified of a performance problem with the campaign, we cannot effectively iterate to produce the desired results. March 14, 2023 is the first indication we received that the campaign was not performing as expected. We are continuously monitoring the performance of campaigns and if the campaign looks to be performing optimally, we have no reason to suspect anything otherwise unless notified by the customer.
