Bought a few nose jewelry on 11/28/2024. I was unsure of the gauge and the representative was unable to help me with the gauging size. I bought the jewelry under the impression that if one pack didnt fit, then I could come back and exchange the rest to the appropriate size. The unopened packs. I returned to the store the next today to exchange the unopened packs of jewelry to the correct gauge. The representative proceeds to tell me they dont accept body jewelry back even when it is an unopened package. The receipt doesnt have this disclaimer and the representative that sold me the jewelry definitely didnt mention that. I reached out to corporate to confirm this information and I have not heard anything back. I am constantly put on hold and have been unable to speak with a representative, I have been transferred around and I have not received an answer and they would not accept their product back. I have the receipt that states that the merchandise can be returned if it has not been used or its unopened. I would like my money back at this point.
