Worst company I have ever worked with. Had to fight for everything we got. Still not finished as of warranty work, called them in July of 23 Still nothing. Will not call back or answer their phone. Got the money and ran. If you want the worst experience of your life call the company from ******, **. Will not recommend them to anyone.

Our entire journey has been difficult. When we first met ****** in October 2022, she seemed very helpful and nice. She took us to several locations where Premier Pool had satisfied clients. She seems to be willing to work within our budget based on what we wanted. Unfortunately, it took several months to nail the design down because of ******* lack of understanding the design program, lack of an efficient design process to help the client. We were happy with the final design and price, and we signed the contract which the build was supposed to only take 3 months. From there it became more difficult. We were warned by ****** we might have to spend 2-3k if the backyard soil was ****** The pool dig ended up costing us over $11k extra. We decided to change the shape of the pool slightly and we were told we would be charged to make changes to the engineering drawing, which we agreed to. This is important to note because most of the time the Project Manager ************************* and subcontractors did not seem to follow or be aware of the engineering specifications, resulting in having to redo the pool stairs, planters, redesign for the pool drainage, and rebuilding the retaining wall five different times. We sent an email with our remaining concerns on October 23rd to the owner, ***********************. **** has yet as of today to reply to our list of concerns. This includes the correction of defects to our sheer wall which we have told him needed to be corrected for over 3 months. Instead, I received a demand letter from lawyers asking for the final $20k payment due and based on lack of response by ****, I will have nothing further done to correct the poor workmanship.

YES... YES... YES... We have been wanting to build a pool in our back yard for a long time and with Covid shutting down the community pool it was just time. We decided to go with Premier Pools based on them being a national company and it making us feel safer with buying from them. The process did take longer than expected but the team at Premier did everything they could to really keep me as updated as possible. Found them to be very professional, knowledgeable and patient when the process can be stressful from time to time. My designer was creative and knew what he was doing, my project manager did a great job and the owner, the few times I talked to him, was fair and very reasonable. Would we recommend Premier Pools? Absolutely... they did a great job and the final product is simply outstanding. Looking at some of these negative reviews I can say from my own experience that this can certainly be a stressful process. However, it isn't that bad... at least my experience with Premier, during the same time, I have found them to be doing awesome considering that with many challenges going on in the economy. So yes... we recommend Premier Pools to anyone who wants to build something amazing in their back yard!
