Do not use JC Painting and Remodeling. ********************* and ***************************** are fraud. My contract with **** called for ******* paint, and **** used builder grade paint, this was confirmed with ******************************* with a partially used can of paint in my home. A major renovation was planned, and **** insisted on painting sections of the house not impacted by the remodeling first.**** also deliberately attempted to create water damage in my home. **** placed wet rags on the cabinet to simulate a slow leak, and he sent me a video claiming that the leak caused my crawlspace to be rotten. Unfortunately for ****, I came to my home immediately after receiving his text. **** claimed that the leak was over 3 years old but there was no leak. See picture and video on Yelp review.My crawlspace is perfect with no water damage. **** took the initial payment of $60k, and all he has done is demolition and painting of my home with a lower grade paint.If you had to repaint your home multiple times or have a new leak on the project with ****, please respond to this review to drive action to stop ****'s fraud. General conversation with **** tells me that this is not unusual, he told me that a family repainted their home 7 times.My experience is that **** gains trust with simple jobs and then ***** you; he has done several jobs for me.
