Date of contract: June 13 2020 Down payment: $960.00 The company furnished an Aid to care for my Wife during a eight hour shift. I paid the company every week ahead of time. The last week worked was only one day ( August 8 2022) This eight hours was To be paid from the 960 already paid. This amount was $160 and the remainder being $800. I have tried to collect the money every week since August. I told Mrs. ***** on 9-23-2022 that I would not call again, but would call someone else. All I want is my $800. I Have documented for all of this however I can't upload them by my telephone.Business response

Mr. ****** **** is correct that he was do a refund check for $800.00. His last day in NC was Aug. 25, 2022 and our company policy is to return any unused portion of a deposit at least 2 weeks after the last day of service which would have been around Sept. 8th. Unfortunately my office manager who takes care of this kind of stuff and other staff came down with Covid-19. needless to say the office was close and a lot of things didn't get taken care off. This situation put a strain on the everyone as I was working in the field with clients from morning to night making sure people are taken care of. With that being said, it is no excuse for not sending the refund check in a timely manner. A check has been placed in the mail and sent to Mr. Cook. My apologies again for the delay in returning the refund.

I am rejecting this response because: This is the same reply she has written in the 3 email to me. If she mail the check on 10/26/2022 it should be here in 4 business days. The check should arrive by Tuesday and by Wednesday 11/1/2022 at the least. I will

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.Received $800.00 check from Mrs. ***** ***** today (11-05-2022). Thanks for your help.
