      I told the dude that I just got out of the hospital. He pressed me for a sale that was not really a sale . Came in for a $80 facial and he got me for 20 more facial and the use of a spa red light bed . Said it would heal me instead of injections. Didn't say anything about no refunds. The facial was a temporary tightening that appears to fix some of your problems but didn't last 2 days. He took 2 of my cards and swiped them saying it's 20 percent off special. But that just adds back with taxes . He put over$1300 on each card . Taking me for over $2700 for 10 facials and red light treatment. And 6 products that don't seem to have any retinol or collagen in them and I told him that he took advantage of a sick disabled woman whom just got of hospital but didn't seem to care just greedy... called back he said no refunds. It states no refunds but exchanges should be made with in 30 days. But this was the next week I looked on my receipt.

      August 2022 made appoint for a FREE facial this business offered on their ******** page. The facial was at best below average. you are 'allowed' to see the 'results' when you are lying down so of course one's face looks amazing and wrinkle free. When you are standing, and the skin care tech has taken the mirror and left the room, you can use your own mirror and see that your skin looks exactly the same as when you walked in. THEN the pressure sales begins. I was badgered until finally I was literally forced to sign a Credit Agreement in the amount of $1100 for monthly payment to be taken directly from my bank account. Until I did this, high pressure sales tactics were used beginning with a $10,000 device I was encouraged to purchase to use at home to buying all of the products in a gift box for $7500. The skin care tech would lower the price of what was being offered with every NO I offered. It was obvious I was not going to be allowed to exit this place, and I was told tat in as many words, until I purchased something. I continued to state that I had come in for the *FREE* facial. I had received it, and I was eager to leave. Finally, the skin care tech (who I suspect is the 'owner' of this place) said that I could be approved for a $2500 credit line, automatic monthly payments, and then I would be free to go. I did it. NOW, I have attempted numerous times to log onto the ****** Technologies, Inc. customer service portal using my phone number in order to receive a code so that I may log in. I have attempted to receive a code no less than 2 dozen times and I have not received a code. I have tried to log in on my laptop and well, and I am unable to. I am being denied access to my account with them. I have sent emails and electronic messages and have never received a reply. The pressure sales tactics and the inability to access my account that RESVERALIFE set me up with using forceful sales tactics is not ethical or sound business practice.

      Dear BBB and Mrs. ******* ****** We are contacting you from the RESVERALIFE Customer Service Department in regards of the case number mentioned above.

      We apologize for our late response. We have carefully looked into Mrs. ******* ******’s case , question the people involved and looked at the Security Cameras.
      Mrs. ******* ****** came to our store after an ad on ******** for a facial for $79 (instead of $350) not for Free as she claims, She loved her treatment and service and didn’t show any signs of uneasy and show interest of our packages of treatments. We explained to her that we have just start to work with payment company and she can apply for payment plan, and so she did.

      We do have a no-refund policy at all store location with exchanges only within 14 days. This policy is clearly stated on both the receipt and register.
      In effort to maintain the highest standard of customer service we have tried to contacted Mrs. ******* ****** few times, left a voice message, and posted a response to her Yelp review to contact us directly. And still haven’t heard form Mrs. ******* ******.
      We find customer complaint/review to be unfair, but we are still doing our best to resolved this directly with the customer. Our offer of full refund has no expiration date.

      On 6/12/2022 I got lured into their business looking for a sample for my red skin. I tried the sample and through aggressive sales tactics was charged $150.50 for products I didn’t want. I wanted a refund but they said no refunds. The receipt said I had signed for the products but I absolutely did not sign anything. I was only told the total cost AFTER the card was swiped. In no way did I sign for or press agree on any screen. In fact, I did not see the screen. They then tried to set up a light therapy appointment that I do not want. They scheduled for July 10th. I do not want this service! They do not do refunds so now I’m stuck with products that not only gave me a skin reaction but I can’t do anything with. This is a scam.

      The company sells product that way too expensive and very deceiving . I tried to return the product next day I purchased but they refused to accept my return. I keep the product but the machine and skincare caused skin trauma on me. I developed skin allergy and burning on my face.

She signed a document that states our policy is no refunds. exchanges only within 14 days. She came back few days after with a request for full refund claiming it gave her reaction We explained to her that the device is FDA approved and safe to use and can't damage the skin or skin tissues. we explain why our products are non-refundable due to the sensitivity of the time and the type of the product she purchased. Our aesthetician at the store did not see any reaction on her skin and Mrs ******** ******** did not show us any medical records or any pictures that clam otherwise. Mrs ******** ******** refuse any solution or any of our offers to resolve her dissatisfaction and left the store with her device and didn't reach out again We apologize for any inconvenience that it may cause. They refused the product nor given me the option to exchange.I never came back to the store at all just once. They arguing w/ me on the phone that I have no option to exchange. OnOct 29 and Dec 1, I visited my primary care doctor coz I started developing facial skin allergy. I was browsing BBB website and came across********** complained of the same company, thats when I saw I have the same problem. I wanted to return the device but then contesting w/ them was a waste of time. Instead I used the device but it given me a very bad allergy reaction like rashes and burn. I have photos and a Doctors record to justify. Thank you and hoping for immediate action for this misleading and dishonest company.
