Dolce and diva is awesome! such a reliable and easy to work with company that always fulfills my needs. The clothing is great quality at a great price, and customer service is on point.Review from Adina L

They do not answer any of their phone numbers, do not reply to voicemails, do not reply to their online contact form, do not send order confirmations or packing slips, and are unreachable until the point that they receive a negative review online. Also, this is how they speak to their customers:
"We do not need to show you anything, and what does you not receiving your email confirmation have to do with anything anyways? Nothing at all! You're ridiculous and very ignorant.
You should be ashamed of yourself and maybe you should get a life and try to be happy since it's obvious you're miserable. It's not our fault you don't read and don't know common business practices either."

This woman has been leaving false reviews and slandering our business just because we would not issue her a refund for $34.50 for an item that she bought at 60% off, which is clearly stated on our website multiple times and in all caps on our Shipping and Returns Policy that we do not issue refunds or returns on sale merchandise. She had no complaints of our merchandise or the quality of our items but said instead in an email that it "was too short" while this dress was described as a mini dress on our website and looks short on our model on the website as well. She has been lying about us not sending an email confirmation or packing slip which are automatically sent to all of our customers through our website as well as not getting back to her "for weeks" as she did not even receive her item until a week ago and we have in fact responded to her emails and complaints. We have been in business for over 5 years and have had thousands of customers both online and at our store in NC with absolutely no complaints at all and had a 5 star rating on both ****** and ******** for years until she has started harassing us with her fake and false reviews. This review is completely false.
