Hi, I purchased 23 Composite boards and multiple anchors from the Frame it all company on Sep 23, 20*2. When purchased they claimed a lifetime warranty for the product if properly installed and used. The product was properly installed and used. This past year I noticed some boards and anchors were breaking under normal use. I asked the company to honor the warranty and replace 3 boards and four anchors. They wrote me back and said they do not intend to honor the warranty because the purchase was made too long ago. I am requesting the lifetime warranty be honored and 3 replacement boards and 4 anchors be credited.
