      I purchased 4 rocking chairs in May 2023 and paid in full $3006. In September 2023, I had not yet received the chairs and requested they reduce the order to 3 chairs. They agreed to reduce the order on 9/12/24 and said they would refund me $699 for 1 chair. See attached email. I never received the refund of $699. I did receive 3 chairs in September and November 2023 respectively, and when I went to assemble them, multiple pieces were missing. No hardware was included for one chair, making it impossible to assemble. No pillow was included for another chair, and I had ordered 3 care kits and received only 1. I have emailed and called on multiple occasions to request a refund and have not received a reply since December 2023. I read online that the company went bankrupt in February 2024.

      We ordered two rocking chairs at the ************** ******** art show in October 2023. We paid in full -$1418.00. The chairs were supposed to be delivered in ***** weeks and we have heard nothing. Their website is shut down and the phone number is disconnected. just found out that the business filed for bankruptcy. .

      In September 2023 I was at **************** in ********* ** for a juried craft show. Sittin Pretty was there selling their furniture. I was told that they are a family business with a loyal following and that they proudly made their products in ***. I ordered two chairs and was told that they were very busy and that my chairs would arrive in January ****. It is now February and no chairs and the phone number for this company is disconnected and they removed their social media pages.

      October 21, 2023 I paid in full for a Rocker Recliner from Sitting Easy from the **** Boardwalk Arts Festival in ********, **. II attempted to reach the company multiple times by phone and it is out of service. I have emailed multiple times with no reply. This company owes me what I paid for or a refund.

      In July of 2023 we purchased a wooden swing and a wooden chair from Sittin Easy owner at an art festival in ********* ********. There were booths set up with vendors and Sttin'easy was one of the vendors at the fair.The owner, female, sold told us about the quality of the product. We decided to order a swing and a chair and was told we had to pay upfront for the production to start. We were also told it would be shipped to us in November of 2023. It is now January of ****. I have repeatedly called and now when I call the number is disconnected. I cannot get anyone to respond from the website email either. I do not know if they are out of business or not. So, they have my money and I have no product. Can you tell me if they are out of business?

      We purchased an item from Sittin' Easy at a craft fair in ********* ** in October. We have not received our item and have tried to follow up. They have since gone radio silent and have not responded to any emails or correspondence. Most recently their number was disconnected and there is no way to get in touch with this business.

      I ordered a Rocker/Recliner from Sittin Easy on 10/1/23 at the ************** Arts Fair in ***. I paid in full $761 and was told ***** weeks for delivery. They have not responded to emails and their phone has been disconnected and their ******** page has been removed. I was scammed by these guys for $761.

      I ordered a rocker from this company on Aug 27th, 2023. Was told that it would be shipped within 12 weeks. It has been 19 now and their phone no longer works. No emails have been responded to and I paid $762 upfront. I want my money back.
