      Paid for them to Repair Axl Seals on my personal vehicle for over a week claiming that it would be returned in one business day, they kept that a dealership from 30 mins away was supposed to deliver my part for four days, I called the parts store they said we dont even deliver they havent been to get it. Upon that time i went and picked up the seals and delivered them to the shop myself. They did not take off the price of parts that I paid for which was supposed to be in the cost of deliver. Upon picking up my vehicle up it broke down the side of road because of the not putting bolts in the brake caliber. 3 months later and the seals I paid them to replace is leaking transmission fluid, after I called the shop she said past labor warranty I ask then was i informed of that because its not on any paperwork I was given nor was I told about a limited labor warranty. They refused to fix this issue without recharging for it. The fact that so many people have told of how they rip people off since making this public knowledge is disturbing.

      Scotts has had my truck over the past 9 months , I have all recepits and videos from this whole ordeal. My truck went to the shop to get the motor replaced during this time I have been paying a car note and insurance for a vehicle I do not have in my posession. I paid for the motor in Feb. and got the truck back in April with the check engine light on and then the dash was malfunctioning with a loose weird sound by the driver side feeling like something is about to come out. I took the car right back told the lady the issue they hooked it up and stated it was a O2 sensor going bad changed it (charged me) ,said to drive it and that it shouldn't come back on it should just reset. That was a friday they stated that it should be okay to drive left there had over the weeked drove it a couple of times each about 10 miles each and then the noise under my feet occured again took it back and asked them to fix this issue with the check engine light and whatever this issue is at the bottom came back in may to pick it up again and a asked would the check engine light come back on she stated it shouldn't but hadn't test drove it or nothing sends a little boy outside to hook up the machine which is not a mechanic to test the codes paid additional money to even take my truck then she states that if the check engine light comes back on they would take it back and fix with no charge this was May it is now July 8th and there has not been no process with fixing the issue with my truck nor a update the mechanic stated that the women keeps pulling him from the job to work on somethingelse instead of fixing the issue I will not be able to pass inspection nor get my tags and they are all late due to the fact that the truck is still with them and they never fixed the issue yet. Stated they would do some type of trick to pass the inspection for me but that is not what i asked for the shop is never open the full business hours if they are open its til 2pm and other days they are closed.
