      I saw an ad from Dallas Dirt Roads on Facebook for a pair of joggers. I placed an order of $50 on November 15th, 2022. I contacted the company on November 21st, 2022 asking for an update. I received a response stating: "Our shirts take 10-15 business days approximately to ship (cow dyes taking a bit longer) as each item is handmade.." I gave them time. I emailed again on December 20th, 2022 asking for an update after 23 business days. I received no response. I emailed again December 28th, 2022 with no response as well. Then I found them on Facebook and messaged them on January 31st, 2023 asking for an update or a refund. They responded same day and apologized for the delay in my order and offered a free pair of earrings or a koozie. I gave them one last chance and took the offer on the koozie. They said that "it has been raining and we can't bleach in the rain." Wednesday March 1st, 2023 I messaged again on Facebook with no response other than the "we will get back to you within 24 hours. If it's the weekend, we will get back to you Monday." March 5th, 2023, I messaged again, same default message. Tuesday March 7th, 2023 I messaged again saying, "Hello???" Default response. Wednesday March 8th, 2023, I said "Hey!!! Answer me." Received the same default message.

      1/3/23 50.94$ They make clothing I’m frustrated that they have made excuses over and over as to why they haven’t sent my order in now 2 moths. They have officially stopping messaging me back now They have done nothing to resolve this issue and I’ve now seen nothing but bad reviews about them just taking money and not sending the items ordered.

      On December 3rd, I ordered a Tshirt for Christmas from this company. I was charged the correct amount which was 32.94. I did not receive it by Christmas. I contacted them and the response was that it takes 10-15 days to ship. I contacted them again in February and they apologized and said I could get a different shirt, at this point I asked for a refund. I contacted them again on 3/6 demanding a refund and informing them I'd be contacting the BBB. I simply want my money back since it has been 3 months since my order.

      I ordered two items on 11/26/22 and spent $79.93 on two items. I waited their described wait period due to custom products and they responded saying items were delayed due to rain causing the creation process to be halted. They finally sent me half of my order on 1/22/23. I emailed them twice and got no response so I messaged on Facebook the next day. They told me “Hey ****, we are working on them. They should be done very soon. we are so so sorry about the delay in your order. The rain put us behind as we cannot bleach in the rain. We are working extremely hard to get your order out. Can we offer you a free pair of earrings or a free koozie for the delay?” I accepted the earrings but as of 3/2/23 I have yet to receive them. I sent them another message and they are now ignoring me and have shut down their website.

      Bought 139 dollars of clothing on December 11th of 2022. Still have not received. Emailed several times and I was told I “berated them”. Never got a refund. And now blocked from Facebook site.

      Purchase back on November 14th for the amount of $150 messaged company every month and was told a excuse and was denied a refund. Made a complaint on Facebook and they blocked me. They also deleted my order in the Shop app when my order will be delivered. I just would like my clothes I purchased or my money back.

      I placed an order with Dallas Dirt Roads on 11/10/22 and attempted to cancel the order the same day due to no longer wanting the product. I did receive an email back from the company that stated "Unfortunately we generally do not offer refunds or cancellations. The reason is due to the fact that each item is made to order and our handmade process starts as soon as you order (order blank shirt, bleach, wash/dry, print, etc)." I accepted this response and awaited the arrival of my order. I asked a total of 4 separate times for an update on the status of my order and I have received zero response. It is now 2/16/23 and I still have not received my order and they will not provide status update or my money back. It appears this has happened to a lot of people based on Google Reviews. I am just looking for my money back or some sort of status update from the company. I am now wondering if it is just a scam and not a real company at all.

      I ordered 4 shirts from Dallas Dirt Roads on 12/2 and then ordered another shirt on 12/3. The first order was $106.99 and the second order was $32.94. On their website it says to allow at least 30 business days for some products. I reached out to the company via email on 12/27 just to get an update on my order. I have not received anything in return from the company at all. No products, no emails.

      I ordered a clothing item on 12/15/2022 and paid via debit card. There has been no update to my order since. I’ve reached out to them via email and their website on several occasions, but they have not responded. The chat function on the site never has anyone working it. I reached out to them on Instagram and Facebook and they deleted my public comments, read my private DM and then blocked me. Further google investigation shows all 1 start reviews for the same issue. They also have another boutique called Paislees Closet Boutique and they have done the same thing. I would like my money back.

      On November 19, 2022 I placed an order for a total of $50.94 from the online boutique Dallas Dirt Roads. They stated it would take 10-14 business to ship. Here it is January 27, 2023, after several emails and Facebook messages looking for updates, I've now been blocked from Facebook and they won't respond to any of my emails. When they did reply I got the same response as many others that have left reviews..."we're sorry but it's been raining so we can't bleach shirts" or "we hope to have it done by the end of the week". I either want what I ordered or a refund & they're refusing to refund people's money. They have scammed so many people come to find out. This is unacceptable and I want results!
