7/1/2023 - Spoke with Billy and his sister on 3 occasions explaining to them what I would like done in my back yard. I asked for a spray painted area to be dug out and leveled for an above ground pool. Billy came over initially and said he could do it for $300, then his sister came over 2x to determine exactly what I wanted bc he was on a job across the street from me. She explained to me he would dig out a foot or 2 extra around and we discussed that any extra dirt could be put at the back of my yard near the privacy fencing in the corners. Billy came on 7/2 - spent about 30 minutes, loaded up and texted me he was finished. when I went out to look, I immediately texted him and told him that was not what I asked for, it wasn't even leveled and there was nothing I Could do with that. I called also with no answer. He responded that he was on his way out of town and didn't have service, but it would be later before he could come back. Then over the course of the next few days he ignored my messages. It wasn't until I made a public Facebook post asking for him to get in touch with me that he sent me messages calling me a liar, heartless, claiming that I didn't pay him, I paid his sister, then that he had on a go pro and had me recorded, then blocked me without any resolution.Customer response

I have heard from the business in response to my complaint.
The manager of the business is who I had dealt with. He called me a liar and said he would sue me. Unknown to me, his girlfriend is the owner.
The owner of the business instead has taken out stalking and cyberstalking charges on me instead, and filed a restraining order.
All over a post asking for communication and half my money back.

Tree Surgeon gave myself a quote for 7000 to remove 2 trees, remove and grind two stumps and remove all debris off both tree. Owner came to my residence to see both trees on a Friday and did not change quote. I accepted the quote. They removed one tree successfully no issues. Once the other tree was started on , Duke Energy was needed to take power lines from around the second tree. Duke Energy did not show on time to remove power lines with in the tree. That slowed progress and put the behind schedule. They did not finish 2nd tree due to power lines being removed. Owner on that day asked for 3500.00 more to finish. I agreed. He stated that all tree will be down , stumps removed, and debris removed. The following day the second tree was down but the stump for the last tree had not been removed. After finishing cutting down last tree and somewhat cleaning debris, the entire crew left and did not let me know what was happening with the job. I texted the owner and asked him what was next. The owner return my text stating he needed 2000.00 more to finish job. The trees were large but adjust the quote according to what the job is. Finally price 12500.00 for a 7000.00 quote that I have in writing. Plus my drive way has two large holes. No one approached me about them and agreed to fix them until I brought to the owners attention and he agreed to fix.Initial Complaint

On July 1, 2022 Billy S**** of Tree Surgeon LLC was hired to remove two trees from my property to allow more sunshine in my backyard. The trees were to be delimbed and cut down to a specific height (around 10ft) that allowed me to continue using the stump of the trees as anchor points (already installed in the tree trunk) for patio lighting in my backyard. The trees were to be hauled off and disposed of by Billy and his crew. I paid Billy $2000 on July 1st with the agreement he would return and finish on Saturday July 2nd. After a no show on Saturday and multiple attempts of trying to contact him I started searching social media until I found him on Wednesday July 6th and he told me the job was complete and finished. He left one tree standing around 25ft and the other around 40ft with stumps and limb's scattered across my yard. In the process of cutting the tops out of each tree he damaged another tree on my property and one in my neighbor's yard. There are multiple broken limbs hanging in each tree that will need to be removed for safety reasons.
