I received a box of medical products I never ordered or authorized any one to send to me. No info on who ordered them. $701.00 worth in my name from a doctor I never went to see. Prism in NC had my name address and insurance info. Saying account ****** they sent me 30 days a bill for over 700 dollars. Say a doctor ordered them. I called doctor office and hospital where I was in no one has a record of an order. Hospital compliance is looking into it now. Thank youBusiness response

I have attached our written response addressing the complaint from the client. At this time, we have written off all balance do to protocols surrounding deductibles and network status not being followed. We have also attached the ordering documentation that has the order, packing list with our return policy and tracking, and medical records as well as a copy of the Welcome Packet that patient's receive in their first shipment outlining our services and why they received a package. Please reach out if any further documentation is needed.Customer response
