First of all North Elkin Tire is not a good place to go. I went there I paid 232 on a recipt for an axle. If they had to the time to see that it was too short for car. Then i would not have ending up on side of road. They could have mess up my transimission they act like they do not care. I have four childern who rides in this car.I went to another shop and they fixed no promblem but cost me 495 this moring they should have to pay the whole bill. Told me i should brought it back there no way to mess up something that i do not have the money for. They only gave me 137.99 for the part back but i gave them free money and they did not do anything. I think they should have pay the whole bill because it was thier fault and they cost me money that i had for my bills this moring. They do not care about customers they only want your money out of you. I had to cut ome bills this moring because car who have no been in a shop if it was not for North Elkin. I do not recommed for going to this shop they have no respect for you only your money and the money they can get for doing nothing.Everyone i talk to even my car place so thats not right they should be responbile and paid 495 dollars this moring on the bill because they mess it up.

******, We are sorry that you had trouble with you 2012 Hyundai Sonota. We offered to replace the axle and labor at no charge to you. The axle was replaced here on March 9, 2022 for $252.69 with the mileage being 130,383. You chose to go to another shop to get it fixed, and we are sorry that they charged you a lot more. Without our shop seeing the vehicle, we can't determine the cause of the axle failure. After6 months and 10,000 miles more on the vehicle, it could have been several reasons. You were told the axle was too short and the part needed to come from the dealer, we may disagree with that. When you came to pick up your refund check of $137.99, (which we did not have to do) you apologized for cursing and talking ugly to us over the phone. So when you left, we thought you were satisfied, until we get your review from the BBB.
