appt. on 12/19/22 and The next morning I text **** & told her what has happened and she told me she would fix it to come back the next day but she would not have time to blow or style it, which was fine I understand being busy, no way she didn't notice what had happened to my hair and she should of told me when she dried it instead of letting me leave and finding it on my own. I felt like she should of told me before I left that night and been honest about the situation. So long story short I went back and she put some brown on my hair to try fix it, and she said she would text me in a few days to follow up to make sure it was good. I asked if anyone could blow dry it and I pay them cause I wanted make sure it was good and I told her there was still some places that looked bad that night but she was busy and she said she would contact me about it so I left and I've heard nothing back from her. I know everyone is very busy during Christmas and New Years so I waited to after all of that was done and I still have heard nothing. But a concern I had was another stylist asked was I not there the day before and **** told her the lightner had bled out under the foil. They went on talking about how the foils were not as good, because they were having to use cheaper ones. So that got me a little upset, so y'all getting cheaper supplies to mess my hair up was my thought to myself. But again I don't say a lot until I get really upset. So I kept quiet and didn't say anything. But another stylist did agree to dry my hair and I gave her a tip for doing it and she asked why did I have to come back and I told her **** said that lightner had bled under the foil and she said that happened to her the same day. So my concern is why all this talk in your salon about getting cheaper supplies and a lot of hair being messed up. I don't understand. On a side note I usually get blonde on the outer part and dark brown/ black underneath. So I paid 95.00 for nothing.
