              Horrible, unprofessional. Brought my dog in for grooming for an 8:00am appt and did not have him ready until 5:00pm. Left him in the crate most of the day. On top of that, cut was uneven and did not even look like he was groomed. Gave them a second chance made of appt for 1:00pm next time, called to see if they were running behind and they said there was 3 dogs ahead of him to bring him anytime. Got there at 1:15pm and they said I was late and had to pay a $20 late fee!!!
