This is a horrible company to deal with. Our initial interactions with this company came when they bought out our local gas company. Almost instantly it went from fantastic to a nightmare. One of our first interactions with the new management was during a delivery when they parked their truck on our septic system and crushed the lid, their original response was they would agree to cover half the cost of replacement. In what world it is the customers fault that the driver doesn't keep the truck in the driveway? Now we have moved, I called to confirm no money was owed on the account and they took it upon themselves to come and lock the tank which eliminated my ability to heat the house using the fuel I had already paid for. After clarifying that the tank should not be locked as the house was on the market and needed to be heated, they returned to remove the lock. Then they send me a bill for over $200 in "service charges" because of coming out to both lock and unlock the tank. To be clear, I never requested a lock be placed on the tank or was this mentioned in any conversation leading up to this. After thinking we had gotten this cleared up I now continue to get a bill even though I have spoken to someone in their office and confirmed I should not owe anything to this company. They are poorly managed and unprofessional in their communication both to customers and within their own company. If you are dealing with this company I strongly suggest documenting every conversation and requesting they send all documented information to you.
