The experience with them was and still is extremely awful and unprofessional. They keep hiring new property managers that are not trained properly not knowing how to do their job and end up getting fired. A lot of tenants recently filed for rental assistance through the RAP program which gave us an excuse to not pay rent without getting evicted, which was cool and all. BUT....what they failed to do was tell us tenants that the RAP program had no funding. United Management has their own case manager which informed them about not having the funds to help cover the tenants rent. Instead of United Management informing the tenants that applied that they are out of funding, they filed evictions for them to move out instead. They knew all this time that the RAP program had no funding and instead of them informing the tenants about it, they filed evictions for them to move unexpectedly. That's not fair at all for the tenants. Things should've been professionally handled in a timely manner instead of letting six consecutive months and longer to allow tenants to not have to pay rent. The accountant (who remains without name because she refused to give me her name), had an attitude and was extremely rude and professional and told me that I would need to talk to the site manager about the concerns I have instead of talking to the corporate office. Well NEWSFLASH....there is no site manager!! The last one that was their got fired and before that happened I told her I was going to report to Corporate and talk to someone and she had an attitude about it. Now we have a district manager temporarily until they hired someone else. Before she came along, I been contacted the property manager and been trying to get a hold of the corporate office ever since.
