    They took me to court for unpaid rent but I paid it before court. The office and the manager is trying to say that I owe money. But I tried to talk to the manager and she keeps telling me to talk to the office people. But it was not on the lease agreement about me having to pay for court fees if they take me to court. But they keep putting papers in my apartment door and adding interest on it. I'm not on a lease agreement now but I have been paying them $857 for rent each month to them. I keep telling them that they need to fix it on their end.

    My lease was up july31st2022 I was told that my rent for my next lease was going to be 964 with everything I am not living month to month because I had a small balance after the 31st and got help with rental assistance I payed my balance and my rent for sep and they are adding extra chargers on to my bill stating that the charges are not apart of the 964 I was told !

    Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/09/07) */ The resident lease ended July 31,2022. Due to being under eviction with a high balance, their lease could not be renewed. They were on Month to Month and were charged the MTM base rent of $964. Which it does not include the $10 Risk management fee and $10 Trash fee that all residents are charged. Residents are now being charged a $25 pet fee due to having a pet. She received rental assistance, but she did not pay the amount that was granted to the property as per her approval notice. So she is now being charged market rate MTM of $964, $10 Risk management fee, $10 Trash fee and $25 pet fee for a total of $1009. The residents will stay on month to month status until we know that they will stay current on their rent before we renew their lease or choose not to renew due to payment history.
