    So I was told on June 6th, 2022 that my apartment was ready for move in. Nobody went with me that works in their office to the apartment. They handed me keys they thought were mines but wasn't to me and told me I was good to go. When I went to the apartment I was assigned the door was unlocked, there was bug spray cans everywhere, outlets missing covers to every room, no washer or dryer, mold on the ceiling, screws laying everywhere, the lock to the door to the front door wasn't put back on, and the a/c unit barely worked. Mind you I'm pregnant and I'm high risk. So I went up to the office again told them everything. And they said I can wait for another apartment and if I decided not to work with them anymore they'll refund me my money. I chose not to work with them I sent them 3 emails stating I no longer wanted to work them I had no response and then finally Antonio called back and was rude he I said hello and he said what do you want to know and let him know everything and he said we got the emails in 5-7 business days you'll receive your money and he hung up. Well it's now passed 5-7 business days and I have yet to receive my money back we're talking $769.18. I called and called and got no answer and then I emailed them again and then my child's father called they answered and he handed me the phone once again he was rude to both of us and said he doesn't know when I'll receive my money now and when we asked for corporate number he said he doesn't know it and to call back for it. I'm tired of begging for my money back for their mess up like what who does that.
