      Place Order March 22, 2024, Order# GMR-****** Credit Card Payment March 25, 2024 for $613.83 Special Order ***************** Kit, drop shipping from the **** Howards Cams April 2024 checked status thru website and called, No Response May 2024 checked status thru website and called, No Response June 2024 checked status thru website and called, No Response July 2024 checked status thru website and called, No Response.July 03, 2024 Called the Part MFG, ******* Cams and was told this part has not been ordered to date this year, but they do have this part in their inventory. Today I sent another email and a request for a refund. Grudge MS sent me a return email stating basically that on special order items there are NO refunds.I feel like I have been scammed and looking for some guidance on what to do now.

      I placed an order on April 9th. The information stated that special orders would take 3-5 additional business days. My auto generated order confirmation is the only communication I've received from them to date. I've gone through their requested channels to obtain an update, made phone calls leaving messages as directed. All attempts at contact have fallen on deaf ears. I would like to know if/when I can expect my order because this is a timely matter and I may need to look elsewhere.

      Purchased a radiator from Grudge Motorsports website on 11/13/2023. I have not received my order. When I call it goes to voicemail. I have emailed them and used their online form to request the order status several times. I never hear back and they make it impossible to contact them.

      I placed an order for HKS LEGAMAX Premium FORESTER FB20 (NA) DBA-SJ5 - HKS - 32018-AF015 on 5/7/23 and the order number is GMR-******. I attempted to contact the company multiple times but no response. At this point I just want my money back from the business since I cant trust this company for not getting back to any of inquiries about my order.

      Ordered parts. Over internet. Tried calling no answer so ordered over internet, the web site sends you to affirm to pay to help when theirs a dispute. Just you gotta contact grudge to refund your money. No answer on phone. So how you gonna receive money back

      I placed an order on 07/01/23 for a pair of vehicle wheel well guards and received a confirmation of payment. On their website my order always showed processing, I asked for an update about my order with no response. Finally, I submitted a cancellation request on 09/30/23 and received confirmation of this. We have left a voicemail asking for a refund with no response. I sent the an email on 10/17/23 stating that it had been 20 weeks since initial order placement, 7 weeks since cancellation request was placed and confirmation received and still no response. To dateNO refund has been issued, NO response and now Im no longer able to login to my account on their website.

      I purchased an item that was listed, and is still currently listed on their website as "in-stock" with no mention of it being special order. This item was purchased in December 07, 2022. To this day the order has still not shipped nor have I received a single response from the company. I have asked for shipping updates, emailed numerous times and called and left voice messages. The phone number of the business takes you immediately to a voicemail and they never return your call. The only order status update is an automated one, and clearly after over 10 months since purchase date, I am far outside of their window they claim for update. I have also tried to cancel the order which only sends an automated email with indefinite termination date.

      I made a purchase of some headlights for my car and the order number is ****** in august of last year and never received my item. *** called numerous times of the course of time and now I think they have my number blocked because it goes straight to voicemail. *** sent request asking for a refund, inquiring about my order and to check for any updates. When I spoke with someone shortly after I order they stated they were still experiencing delays from covid and I have been patient until now. This is ridiculous and they couldve just respectfully answered the phone and honored my refund.

      Ordered august 7th - Attempted to cancel august 8th. (paid thru affirm) emails and calls went unanswered. After dozens of messages / voice mail, finally got them to answer on ********* (august 30th) where they said they would cancel the order and refund it (Still hadn't shipped even though paid now for 3 weeks). No refund ever happened, and now they wont reply to any form of communication. Looking on ****** Reviews and Yelp, this Business if a fraud!

      I placed an order on their website on 8/12. On 8/25 I emailed requesting the status of my order. The response every time is we received your request for order status..). I emailed again on 9/1, again on 9/11, and again on 9/22. The response is always the same. When you call the phone number, it sends you to a voicemail and no one calls you back. When I requested a refund, I got no email response. There are many complaints on Yelp with others having the same issues. I want a refund or I want my order.
