On July 13th my wife, my 7 year old son and I took my son to the barbershop at the cross creek mall. My wife showed the barber what type of fade she wanted our son to have and that we wanted a Mohawk that came down into a V in the back. He said okay. He got done cutting his hair in approximately 15-20 mins. When I looked at his hair he cut his hair into a mullet type fade. Didn't have no type of Mohawk at all. We re tell him how to cut it and at this point my 7 year old, who has been sitting in the chair for over 30 minutes now is getting antsy. He keeps looking at us and smiling and being goofy in the chair and we remind him to keep looking forward and to stop moving. We kept hearing the barber say stuff to him about moving but not exactly what it was because he was wearing a mask. I noticed the first time he went to wipe his neck he was pretty aggressive looking but I thought it was just because my son was hot so I said nothing. The second time he was brushing his neck to get the hair off, he got WAY TOO aggressive with my son to the point he knocked the tissue off from around his neck and the apron had came undone and at that point I had got up and told him to get out of the seat we are leaving. I told the barber he's being way too rough and that is was completely uncalled for. He wanted to get loud and start cussing at me telling me I'm not gonna talk to him like that. There was two other barbers in the shop as well and they stayed seated in their chairs and said absolutely nothing. My pregnant wife, not knowing what to do because she was scared tossed a $20 bill onto his seat and we walked out. Not only did my son walk away with a messed up haircut, but also walked away with a cut on his neck. Can you blame him for being uncomfortable in a barbers chair after being treated this way.
