8/21- my granddaughter and I joined HottWorx in ************. Both accounts were attached to my debit card from ***** Fargo and my Discover was our backup. $59 dollars a month for me and $39 for me.12/21- we had fulfilled our commitment, I went into the gym and canceled our memberships.1/22 through 9/22 all was fine, no ********. 10/22 they charged my ***** Fargo account $590 and $390. I called and received no return call, so assumed it was a fraud and requested another debt card thinking someone had my account info.11/22 They charged my back up card $59 plus $39.12/22 I called HottWorx and let them know I needed a call back ASAP.12/28/2022 the general manager ******* called me back our conversation went from bad to worse.She proceeded to tell me that there was no cancelation letter in my account, so there for I was still a member. I was not billed for months because I did cancel. If there was no letter in my account that seems to me to be an issue within the Hottworx system. She said that there was nothing she could do for me since the letter was not there. She also accepted no responsibility because she was not the General Manager at that time.I let her know that I would call corporate and she informed me that they were aware. I then phoned customer service on 12//28 and have not received a call back to date. I will admit I was very angry as ******* and my conversation went on. I did raise my voice and threaten to call corporate. This made no difference to her as she was not the ** at that time and there was no letter in my file.
