I am writing to file a formal complaint against Fayetteville Dodge Ram, in **************, for engaging in predatory practices. Specifically, this complaint concerns the case of *********************************, who was subjected to unfair terms during the purchase of a used car. Within 2 hours of the contract agreement the purchaser attempted to negotiate terms of the contract due to no understanding the terms and conditions. The purchaser felt pressured and under duress when making the deal and leaned on the expertise of the sales team due to being uneducated in the process and not understanding.*********************************, a purchaser at Fayetteville Dodge Ram, on 3/18/24 was offered an exorbitant interest rate of 21% for a term of 75 months on a used car purchase. This interest rate far exceeds the market average and represents a clear attempt to take advantage of the buyer's financial situation. The initial financing estimate was 350 dollars and the purchaser had a credit score of 633. *********************, Sales Manager, stated that the banks set the interest rate and that was the "best" that could be done. Additionally, said vehicle has an open item related to Broken Spot Welds as noted by the "**************" report. The predatory nature of this transaction is evident in the excessively high interest rate, which imposes a significant financial burden on the purchaser. Such practices not only exploit vulnerable consumers but also contribute to financial instability and inequality within our community. It is unacceptable for Fayetteville Dodge Ram to engage in such predatory practices, and action must be taken to rectify this situation and prevent similar occurrences in the future. I urge the Better Business Bureau to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate measures to hold Fayetteville Dodge Ram accountable for their actions An attempt was made on the behalf of the purchaser to do an exchange and the purchaser was informed there were not any car to exchange for on the lot.

My **************** team is very familiar with this customer and her transaction.   She came into the dealership with an interest to purchase a vehicle for herself that she found via TRUE CAR.  She was presented with all of her options to purchase this vehicle that was in her price and affordability range that was approved by the lenders.  The lender sets the interest rate, not the dealership.

According to our Salesperson, ***************** calculated the payment and her budget and determined that she was satisfied with where she ended up.

All sales are final and the customer is informed of this upon signing the contract.  Our dealership does not have a cooling off period.

This issue is pertaining to my 2015 Dodge Ram **** Ecodiesel truck, the truck would not start so we had it towed to the dealership in which they told us that the problem is the tone wheel. We contacted ***** and we were informed by several people that work for Mopar that it had a recall (w58 &w68). Relayed this message to the dealership and as of now they are not willing to fix the issue unless we pay. I have a claim about the issue with *****. The dealership is saying that there isnt a recall on the tone wheel in which Im fact it is.

On December 16 2022 I went to Crown Dodge of Fayetteville to have my oil change. I didn't have any problems before going there. Whenever I started driving my car during the week I was still smelling oil I thought maybe it would wear off but then my son went to a neighbors house and they noticed oil leaking. I checked it out an there was a whole bunch of oil sitting on my oil filter housing. I called and let them know and they told me to bring it back in. I took it back on the 31st of December 2022. I thought that they were going to accept damages for the oil filter housing but they wouldn't. They had already fixed the car but my bill was a total *******. I had to take a loan just to get my car out of the shop, because I was stuck without it. Before I left I called Dodge Consumer to file a complaint about the situation. They said someone will respond back within 72 business hours, which didn't happen. I called them back and come to find out they kept saying denied because my car is no longer warranty. They also told me to talk to Crown Dodge manager, when I did he tells me there is no way it could be there fault, the part breaks due to natural wear and tear. I call back to Dodge Consumer and tell them what the manager said. They refused me again saying they don't have any say so over what the company do. Crown Dodge is saying the same thing because they are looking for say so from Dodge Consumer. Now I'm trying you guys to see if I can get help. My case number with Dodge Consumer is #********Car vin last 8 digits are# EH2085482014 Dodge ChallengerTheir number is ************
