      Purchased a 2021 Lincoln Aviator on Thursday, 17 Feb 22. On Friday, 18 Feb 22, the vehicle started displaying Brake Faults and Powertrain Malfunctions. The vehicle was returned back to dealership and sat for few weeks awaiting parts. Received vehicle back and started having issues when braking, the vehicle was making noises when brakes applied. Had another dealership diagnose the problem; however, they didn't discover anything. On 13 May 22, went to start up vehicle and it wouldn't turn over, roadside assistance came to give a jumpstart and it still wouldn't turnover. It was displaying powertrain malfunction again. The vehicle was towed to a third dealership to diagnose the issue along with the braking problem described earlier. As of today, this particular dealership was able to diagnose part of issue and we are waiting for the braking issue to be diagnosed/resolved. I have been in a rental vehicle for past two weeks which is nowhere comparable to the vehicle that was purchased. It's unacceptable to be paying a car note for a vehicle that has been in service every month on top of paying for a rental. Requesting Lemon Law be acknowledged in resolving this matter. I am terrified that this vehicle is deemed unsafe to travel in.

      Very disappointed in layfayette, I purchased my 2020 mustang GT from the ford dealership in ************ SC. I had a tough buying experience there so I've decided that I would bring my car to you for the servicing. My car was a manual 6 speed. It felt as if the clutch was tore up. So I drove to ********* after waiting a month for the appointment. When I arrived I also let a guy in the service department named ****** know about what I assumed was an aftermarket shifter on the car, not shifting correctly from 1st-2nd gear (No knowledge about it, because it was on the car when I purchased it). That is when ****** let me know that it's possible that the repairs would not be under warranty. I had 2 warranty for this brand new car I hadn't even put 5000 miles on yet, and neither were possibly going to cover it. Also had an oil change done. I get a call from ****** letting me know that my shifter is in fact causing the issues with my car. I asked if they had even checked the clutch and flywheel and I got, " let me ask someone". Warranty won't cover the fix of course. Well I picked the car up immediately, as I didn't want the repairs. I get the oil changed, and now after I get back in my car, to take it ************ Ford for the "shifter repair". I get 3 different check engine codes. 2 misfires and something else. ************ looks at it and my car needed a clutch and flywheel, as well as 3 other parts. ALL covered under warranty. I feel like since I was young I was being treated like I was an idiot. I would not recommend your dealer to anyone unless somethings change. Beautiful lot, beautiful cars. Great sales dept. Awful experience in service though
