      BBB review I took both my wifes ******** truck to have systems installed in both vehicles. We brought the equipment in (4 subs, 4 amps, 2 boxes, 4 tweeters & 8 door speakers) to be installed in both vehicles. Mind you, both vehicles are practically brand new. Since Day 1 theres been problems. We dropped both vehicles off right when they opened up for business in the morning. They assured us that they work on both types of vehicles all the time. They couldnt do both vehicles at the same time so weve had to go on separate occasions but the same problems occurred with both vehicles. After having to call SEVERAL times throughout the day to get any updates, they finally said the vehicles were ready after keeping them there all day until closing. When we arrived, nothing was right. My wifes can no longer use her bluetooth to speak on the phone or answer calls & she has a loud frequency coming from the radio. My truck is SCREWED! My backup camera doesnt work & there is a loud hissing noise coming from the ******** sounds like something could catch on fire at any given time. They kept my truck for 3 WHOLE DAYS on one occasion. It was so bad that my truck was making all sorts of sounds to the point that something made a loud pop while at the shop. Wasnt fixed. Weve had to take each vehicle at 3-4x to have them fix the situation only for them to admit that they didnt know how to install speakers on newer cars because theyve never done them before. They admitted that they didnt know what they were doing & they were using trial & error to fix the problem instead of reaching out for help or admitting that they couldnt do the job. I am beyond frustrated as we have a small child that rides in both vehicles (these are our daily drivers). This shop is not remorseful & the owner told them to stop working on my truck due to a bad review that they assumed was from ******* wife. They also left raw wires loose & laid them close to metal to add insult to injury.

      This complaint has been filed under an advertisement issue;however, the customers complaint does not mention any advertising issues. We have tried several times to resolve the issues with this customer, but the customer refuses to accept any of our offers. The customer also posted multiple bad reviews with the same images that were posted in this review, but the customer denied that he made the reviews.
      Weve offered again to fix the issues and instead of allowing us to resolve it, the customer decided to contact the finance company with complaints. The finance company reached out to us in hopes of resolving the issue, and we made it clear that we have been trying and the customer refuses. We told the finance company that we were more than willing to fix any issues the customer had.
      The customer is requesting a refund. However, we have signs posted throughout the store stating that we do not offer refunds. The customer brought in his product, (subs, amp, wires, and door speakers). We provided a box for the subs, and a **** converter, and did the installation. We also have signs posted that we are not responsible for the failure of any product purchased outside of the company. We can provide store credit for the items we provided, but the customer will be responsible for paying for the shipping and handling fees for the product they purchased from us.
      We have been nice and professional with the customer throughout the whole transaction. After the customer was being disrespectful, and negative towards the employees, and making multiple bad reviews, the company decided to stop working on the customers vehicle.

      I came to Banging systems back in March 2021 to get a full system installed. I have a 2018 chevy colorado, so I wanted to keep the factory head unit. This wasn't the problem. First, it took them 3 full days to install everything. I had work, so the installation happened on Saturday for 3 weeks. Each day, I sat up there from morning to evening waiting on my truck. The 3rd weekend was needed because they still didn't have everything set right. The back left door speaker never worked after they "installed" it. Now the system is completely messed up due to faulty wiring. I did some checking and found bare wires under the carpet, electrical tape instead of hard connectors, and other wires clipped for no apparent reason. When I took it back to them to fix it, they charged me $60 to "diagnose" the problem, and then refused to fix the problems they caused. I want them to reimburse me for the cost of taking the truck to a competitor in town and getting them to fix their shoddy installation.
