      On August 1, 2023 I paid Maxwell Containers of ************ **, $300.00 to come to my mother's house and move, my shipping container from one side of the yard to the other. The move was scheduled for August 8, 2023, Tuesday. On august 7, 2023, I received a call from ***, informing me that, the driver would be coming, later that evening and not at the agreed upon morning time, to move the shipping container. I agreed to this and waited all day for the driver, no driver came nor did i receive a call from anyone. The following day, i made several calls to *** and left several messages for *** i did not receive a call back, i drove over to *** and spoke with a man there, that looked up my scheduled paid service appointment, this man then called the driver and the driver said that he would come out that day, or the following. I was assured that, my container would be moved and i would recieve a call from the driver or ***. I did not recieve a call nor was my container moved. Today 8-10-23 i drove over to the *** and spoke with the same man, who told me that, the truck broke down the day before, and he forgot to call me to inform me of this. So, 1. *** takes $300 dollars of my money for a service. 2. *** does not complete the agreeded upon service, refuses to answer my calls or return my calls. 3. *** has me and my life on hold waiting for them to show up and complete the contract that was paid for a week in advance. At this point, these actions are looking very much like fraud, or maybe its racism, because i am a black man or maybe it's both. Whatever the issue or problem is, none of this is acceptable.

      Maxwell Container Sales arrived at ****************** mother's house on 8/8 as agreed upon. ************** would neither answer his phone or come to the door when our driver tried to reach him. The container was blocked in and we didn't know where he wanted it moved to so our driver took pictures and left. When ************** came to Maxwell Container Sales on 8/9 he was informed of this and shown pictures that our driver took showing his container/yard. Our driver then went to ****************** mother's residence again on 8/11. At this time, our driver informed ************** that because he had left an untruthful review on ****** saying we did not come on 8/8, he would have to delete or change the review before we would move the unit. ************** would not change the review at that point so our driver left. On 8/16, ******* called ************** to ask if he wanted to have the container moved. ************** said yes. ******* then told ************** that his options were to change/delete the ****** review and we would move the container or if he wouldn't do that we would refund him his money. He stated he wanted a refund. At that point ****************** card was refunded for the $300 payment he had made. Maxwell Container Sales has had no more correspondence with **************.

      ********************* .Maxwell containers only came out after  2 two weeks and several complaints were filed. When they came out, they demanded that I withdraw the complaint. My mother, son can verify to these facts, in addition we have camera surveillance on our home, mwc never came to our home, my phone records can verify no calls from Mwc Maxwell containers, is not telling the truth. This is a  testament to their bad business practices and disrespect to consumers. The staff and owners of Mwc treated me as a black man very badly and with the utmost disrespect. You dont give customers, ultimatum in regards to their rights as consumers. Theyre very disrespectful as people

      I am not sure what ************** is referring to when he said we came out after 2 weeks. We were scheduled to come out on Tuesday 8/8, which we did. We then came on Friday 8/11. We have not been to ****************** mothers residence since 8/11, nor will we. ************** was refunded his money in full on 8/16. We consider this matter closed and will not do business with ************** going forward.

      ********************* Maxwell containers ******* knows he is not telling the truth, I have 2 witnesses that can testify and video footage that, we were given a ultimatum of services after I withdraw the complaint. Maxwell containers held up my money for approximately 3 weeks, I can provide my **************** records to show, I have filed several complaints and I will not be withdrawing them because of these violations and Mwc unethical practices. Mwc needs to be put on notice and introduced to the fact, that these actions will not be tolerated in ************************************************************************** this manner. Mwc can not deny their way out of bad behavior and horrible business practices. Mwc ******* and his family and or staff obviously have no moral compass and it is obvious that, theyre very unprofessional. You dont send a man out to our residence to try and bully our family. This was done, we have you on camera and we have witnesses. This is some bold racism.
