            Molly Maid of Fayetteville & Fort Bragg came to our house to provide a deep cleaning. The ladies who arrived specifically stated they would perform certain services, such as wiping down the tops of furniture, dusting, mopping the floors, etc. Many of these services were not provided and those that were provided were done poorly. Drink residue on tables, a dead bug on the mantle, dust on the book cases and top of the refrigerator... it was clear that a deep cleaning was not done at all. The business owner provides no contact information. There is a phone number on the website which disconnects each time we call it. They have another number (unlisted) which sends automatic text responses. The 800 number (presumably a national number) re-directs to the disconnecting number. There is no email or online complaint form. The bottom line is, we have no way to reach the business owner and despite the claims on the website, no one followed up with us after the service. This is an extremely frustrating experience. We took photographs of the dust, dirt, and poor cleaning.
