I hired ********************** concrete to do a small job I had. The owner came out to measured what I needed done. I watched him measured what I needed. I also watched him write down the measurement. A week later he come out to do the work, I wasn't home at the time he performed the work. When I returned hom3le, he shorted me on some of the yard work. So I sent him a messaged, and he going to say that I moved some sticks to gwt more yardist, when he measured what I needed done. I paid Mr ********************** up front. The work he did do he put ne concrete on the old patio. I'm requesting some of the money back for the work he didn't do,

Work started on: 9/13/2022 for the installation of 2 concrete walkways in the back yard for $2724. First issue was he required payment upfront and would only accept cash or CASH APP ($skillzcurbsideappeal) which was a red flag for me. The second issue was during the installation I witnessed the employees drive over my pool pump PVC piping with their excavator and break it. This was minor so I instructed him to just leave a stubbed pipe and I would fix this issue myself. Lastly and most importantly they instructed the concrete truck to drive into the front drainage ditch leaving 2' deep ruts across my sodded lawn. The truck was stuck and made several attempts to get out before driving across the rest of my yard leaving trails of concrete behind. The concrete truck and this company then proceeded to wash off their equipment in our cul-de-sac leaving a pile of mud and concrete all over the roadway. I received no phone calls informing me of what happened with the lawn and there has been no communication since the day of the work. I have security cameras on my house that show the pool pipe being driven over as well as the concrete truck driving into my lawn. The only response I have received was via text on Tuesday saying that they need to wait for the ground to dry before attempting to fix it. They haven't returned to remove the forming frames along the walkways as of this date (9/16/2022) nor given any further indication that they plan on returning to fix the damaged area. I also contacted the concrete company ************ Concrete **** ************ ** (XXX) XXX-XXXX since their truck did the actual lawn damage but was told it wasn't their fault or responsibility to resolve. We have an HOA and this is a big issue. I personally went out and pressure washed the roadway to try and clear it of the mud and concrete as best as I could but the lawn is going to require some type of machinery to repair.

June 6, 2022 we had Skillz Curbside Appeal pour a concrete slab next to our house for $4615.40. They did that but did not take into account opening the door attached to the house. The concrete went over the door sill and the door could not be opened. It also allowed all of the rain water to enter that room. They did two repairs as you can see in the pictures. Both repairs are terrible and still allow rain to enter the room. The owner told me on June 21st 2022 that he would call me to discuss the repair. I have not heard from him since. We did get a quote from another company to rip out the concrete and grade it properly. That quote is $2350. I am looking to get a refund in that amount so I can get this repair completed.
