Incredibly grateful for the sessions that I had with ********. I really value the level of thoroughness and thoughtfulness she put into making our time worthwhile. Working with Jerwrine has been an awesome experience. I appreciate her directness and her ability to help me process my own thoughts and feels by breaking it down in steps and addressing each different area of my situations and thoughts. She equips you with tips, tools and knowledge to manage your emotions and mental health. Over several years I have had 3 different counselors. Most of them for a short period of time and another for a longer time. I can honestly say that ******** is the first counselor that I felt that I have made actual progress with. I've been seeing ************************* for several months now, and the progress I've made in our sessions has been remarkable. From the onset, she created a safe and supportive environment, allowing me to freely express my concerns and feelings. She has insightful feedback, coupled with evidence-based techniques, has significantly improved my well-being and understanding of my personal challenges. *************** is such an amazing person! I am so glad I got the chance to work with her. She has been helping me with so much that has been going on in my life lately. I am so happy I found her as a counselor. Her approach is refreshing. I've had other therapist in the past who were of little to no help so I was hesitant to try again. ******* has helped me so much over the past 6 months. She challenges my thinking and has made me do the work I needed to be happier and healthier. I never though I would reach the point I'm at today. And I couldn't have done it without her pushing me. If I had one word to describe **** ****** I would like to say, Inspirational. I've only been under her wings for less than a year. And I truly feel like I can fly again (live life). When this world throws you curve ****** we have choices roll with it, or throw it away. I chose to roll with it, and by God's ************************ a diamond in a ****, was sent to me. **************** holds her professional, very well at the same time, validates my feeling's and encourages me to push myself. I am an African American man and after my first session with ************** I was blown away with how much I enjoyed it. She was able to quickly and effectively address my concerns while also challenging my thought process. Ive never felt more validated and seen from someone. Very easy to talk to and maintains her professionalism. I honestly believe she has my best interest at heart. I would recommend her counseling services to anyone looking.Review from June L

I have been receiving services for a year with Ms.******. Ms.****** is very informative, compassionate and genuinely concerned about my mental health. Ms.****** goes out of her way to provide resources to help in my daily situations.

This was my first therapy experience. If you are thinking about doing it, DO IT. It has been a great experience where I have learned to implement techniques now and continue to utilize them in the future as I grow. Ms. ***** takes an action oriented approach which really challenged me in ways I needed. I truly believed she wanted me to succeed and reach my goals that I set in our initial meeting. Knowing I had someone in my corner really helped to elevate my experience into new growth. I loved the resources she was able to provide to me. Being a person who is very introverted and would rather listen than talk, the resources she provided helped me to think deeply within our sessions and continue to have thought provoking resources on my own time. I'm very grateful and blessed to have been able to receive Ms. ******* services and support. She is the deep breath of air and empowerment I needed to achieve my results.
