I paid 60 for a class on Feb 8th for Feb 14th . I followed protocol and canceled the class 5 days before the scheduled event. I was told to email a copy of of the order number, the reason I couldn't make it and I'd be moved to the March class. I followed up for several weeks. I wasn't moved to the next class and they don't give refunds. I understood that but I asked for a confirmation so I could plan to be there for March class. Owner got upset that I left a review, never reached back out and kept my 60 dollarsBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/11) */ Hello, I am the new owner of Wine and Design Fayetteville as of March 7th at 9am. We inherited this situation and resolved it as quickly as possible. We read about *******'s situation on Google Reviews one day after purchasing the business, and immediately reached out. At first, we were unable to provide a refund due to the order number being under the control of the previous owner, but that only took two days to fix. ******* was contacted, refunded, and given two complimentary tickets for a day of her choosing for the inconvenience.
