      Contract with BlindsPlus for motorized shades, wrote check in the *** of $3675.00 dated 6/8/24 was told by **** that install would be within 6-8 weeks. Have been given all sorts of excuses and after reading reviews on **** I realized that this is not going to happen. I have requested a refund and get more excuses. I have a paper trail of text messages between **** and myself; (shades not on the truck; dog to the vet; she has COVID, etc.). When I call the business phone its like they act if they do not know what Im talking about and tell me I need to talk to ****.

      I ordered roller shades from blinds plus on 30 January 2024. The owner told me they were in the process of switching banks and their card system was down, and I could pay with cash. I did and they gave me a receipt. They told me it was going to be 2 weeks and they would contact me for an install date. I waited over two months and no install date. I called over 20 times trying to get a date or an answer. Finally they gave me a date for the install. I took time off of work that day and they did not show up. The owner gave me her cell phone number to contact her if I had any questions. Ive called and texted multiple times without answers. Finally I got ahold of her again and she said they would come the next day, but of course did not show up. I called again and again with no answer. I showed up to the business multiple times and was told I could pick the blinds up. When I picked them up they were the wrong color, fabric and size. Its been over 6 months and I havent received what I payed for.

      *******************, the owner of Blinds Plus, came to my home the beginning of October of 2023. She took measurements of my windows & requested a down payment of $7350.00 to order some motorized blinds. She requested a check ************ wrote her a check with the intention of getting our blinds within 6-8 weeks. This time frame passed & no communication from ****. We contacted her & was given excuse after excuse as to why she could not install. We got death in the family to issues at the manufacturer. My husband visited her establishment daily & was finally given an install date of 5/10/24, only for **** to show up at my house to say she does not have the product!! The story she gives is one of taking peoples money to pay past debts & trying to catch up! She will not commit to providing us a full ********** do not wish to do business with her any more. I am seeking a full refund .

      - Transaction Date: December 15, 2023 - Amount Paid: $10,050 - Blind Pus was committed to: Installation of Window Shutters on all the house windows and doors. Nature of the dispute: Blind plus finished the installation on some of the doors and some of the windows. During the installation blind plus ruined one of my French door and ******************* who claimed to be the owner said she was going to replaced. That was back in December 2023, I have done everything I could have done to get this resolved but all I get from her is excuses when we get in touch but 95% of the time she will not even answer my call.- The business has done nothing to get this resolved even when I told her that I was going to file a complaint with the BBB, She just ignored me.- I was not provided an account, order or tracking number. I do have a of text messages between me and her, that can prove all of this, along with the endorsed checks that she happily accepted.- Desired resolution: I want this business to replace my broken door and either finished the job it was paid to do or comeback uninstalled all it has done, replaced my broken door and refund every single ***** I paid.I am asking for your help because if I have to solve this on my own, it will get ugly.I will be summiting some of the "paper work" provided to me at this time. For the endorsed checks I have to go to the State ********************* and request then because it has been so long.Thanks

      On 2/5/2024 I paid **** of Blinds Plus in ***************, via a check,That she cashed, for $824.33 for blinds. On 2/26/2024 I called her because I never heard from her. Called again 3/5/2024. Numerous texts and emails. On 3/15 she installed some ******* type blinds and said mine would be in next week. She said that she is now using a new company that is out the country and she didnt know that. Well, its 4/9/2024 and she wont respond. I replaced top of the line vertical blinds and she gave me cheap ones; not the ones I ordered. I want ALL my money back and to keep the cheap blinds she installed until I get them replaced by another company.

      Windows shutters were ordered from ************************* owner of Blinds Plus in Fayetteville. ************** measured the windows and quoted a price of $4,440.50. I paid the deposit of $3300.00 by check. I asked about using a credit card, but ************** said that she was not accepting credit cards because of some issue with company she used to process payments.************** said that the shutters would be ready in two or three weeks. After numerous calls, most recently on May 2, 3, 4, 8, 30 and texts on May 8, 10, 11, 17, and June 12, I have no information about the the arrival of the shutters nor the installation.I visited Blinds Plus on April 28 and told the office clerk to leave ************** a message stating that I wanted to cancel the order and receive a refund. ************** sent a text on May 8 to schedule installation. The installation date was scheduled for May 30 at 10 AM. On May 30th, ************** told me that the Vista plant in Hamlet where the shutters were being made had been sold and closed. She said that the supervisor *** said that there was something else that had to be done to them before delivery. I spoke to someone who answered the phone at the Vista plant in Hamlet, ** where the order was placed through Blinds Plus. This person told me that Vista had been sold to Alta Products. I spoke to someone at Alta Products customer support who told me that she had no record of an order for shutters from Blinds Plus *************).I sent her a text June 12 asking for an update at 9:13 AM. ************** read the text at 2:04 PM and did not respond. On June 14, I sent another text requesting a refund. ************** sent a text telling me that she knew that I had called the plant.I have sent a letter to ************** through registered mail making a request for a refund.)n June 24, 2023 I filed a complaint with the ************** ********** of ******* The case is under investigation. Three letters from NCDOJ have been sent to Blinds Plus and ignored.

      Purchased blinds from blinds plus on January 27, 2023. Product has not been delivered as of 08/25/2023. Called/Text company and owner over 60 times and owner will not respond to calls. I am legally bind and unable to travel to their business. Can you help?

      I visited the store back in October 2022, seeking to buy roll up blinds. **** the store owner was super polite and attentive to our requests. **** came to our home the very next day to do measurements and show us differet models and colors. ( We made a contract and advanced her a total of $2000. I had asked **** needed the blinds by Thanksgiving date ( she stated not possible as such short notice from time we visited store however we were assure roll up blinds were fo sure going to be ready for Christmas time. Close to Christmas time we contacted **** again, she apologized that due to material shortage or something related to logistics roll up blinds were not going to be ready until past January 15th. and offered ** a quick solution of installing regular blinds in the meantime for the holidays. We agreed as was the best for that time. Please not every attempt to follow has been done on our side. My family and I had to travel overseas on January 23rd still no update. We came back mid March. Still no follow up on ****'s side to give ** an update, upon return from our trip I had sent **** a couple messages (voice and text) with no st reply. I visited her store this past Tuesday left a message with her recepcionist still no reply. By the time of the 1st message left i had request for a refund a cancellation of the order.

      11/26/2021 the company came to our residence to measure the arch window for the shutters. We needed this window professionally measured and installed because of the size and location of the window. While there, they measured for shutters for our sliding glass door. There were three items which the company quoted. Item #1 was the crescent part of the arch window; item #2 was the shutters for the lower part of the arch window and item #3 the shutters for the sliding glass door. The amount for items 1&2 was $1,500.00 and the total for item 3 $1,500.00. The total amount was $3,000.00. We wrote the company a check for $3,000.00 on that day for all three items. 4/15/2022 the company came to the residence to install items 1, 2 and 3. Item 2 was installed with no problems, item 1 could not be installed due to the company mismeasuring the crescent part of the arch window. The company had to reorder and told us it will be approx. 2 weeks before the new crescent will come in. While Item 3 was being installed, it was not what we ordered by the picture the company showed us of what the shutters would look like. We refused to take delivery of item 3. We stated we wanted a refund for item 3. As of 8/10/2022 we have not got our refund. 4/21/2022 the company came out to install a temporary paper shade until the crescent shutter came in. 4/22/2022 the temporary shade fell. Contacted the company to come back out to reinstall the paper shade. 5/17/2022, almost 4 weeks later, the company came out to reinstall the shade. As of 8/10/2022 we still have the paper shade installed, in place of the crescent shutter we purchased. 4/29/2022 contacted the company to find out if the crescent shutter had come in or what was the ETA, no response. Since 7/5/2022 have been trying to contact the company, left text messages and messages at the company office. As of 8/10/2022 we have not gotten a response from the company.
