02/23/2922 I entered the shop to print one paper. The shop owner was busy with two people and he looked at me and said how could I help you I told him I just needed one copy. The shop owner told me to go to the computer and make my copy which I figured was just to not made me wait. I proceeded to the computer and I saw a price for making a copy was $0.39. when I made my copy the shop owner was still with the two people I asked him how much I owe you thinking he was going to say 39 cents but the odd shop owner told me I owed them $2 I told him that that price seem extreme and his responsible as well you used the computer I told him you asked me to do the computer it was not a choice that I was trying to make and now you're charging me $2. The shop owner picked up the paper and walked over to the shredder and I asked him what are you doing he told me well since you're complaining about the price I'm going to shred the paper I told him that was illegal document I just print it and told them I will give you the $2 but I really don't have a choice at this point since I was limited on time on what I had to do. My complaint is not only about the $2 but for him to decide to shred the paper instead of working out a better price really threw me off and really showed me that he is not a very nice person or professional in the business. I have been there another time which he treated me nasty because I had no Mask for which I understood that I should have been wearing one but the way he told me to get out of his store was very unprofessional and on the day that I was making that one copy the people he was taking care of we're not wearing a mask. I don't know if he had a right to charge me $2 or not but I feel that I was ripped off and treated poorly by this guy is running the shop. You guys are welcome to contact me **** ****** XXX-XXX-XXXX
