Refund and Exchange Policy
  • Refund/Release of Liability (ROL) and Early Project Termination (PET) Policy:

There are NO REFUNDS that can reasonably be requested or possibly be given, since the Community Impact Programs (CIP) provides its services to the consumer for virtually FREE of charge, meaning that there are no purchases or OUT OF POCKET expenses that are requested or required from the consumer for using CIP Services. All Project Funding is either provided by the CIP or generated solely through the CIP's own efforts and research, based on the consumer's individual need, situation and/or qualifications. Funds generated through CIP are designed to offset any Out-of-Pocket expenses that the consumer spent or would normally have to spend to pay for their Project, had they not gone through our program. Once the Project Funding is secured through CIP funding methods, the consumer is responsible for following through with the completion of the Project as originally agreed. However, after the Project Funds are generated, secured and/or made available through the CIP or the CIP efforts, they are available for the sole purposes outlined in our Program Agreement. If you, being the consumer, decide that you want to take SOLE control of the Project Funds for any reason, you MUST submit a Release of Liability (ROL) request in writing. Requesting that any portion of the Project Funds be released to your SOLE control, for any reasons, puts you in direct contrast of the Program procedures outlined in your Consultation and Service Fee Waiver and the Contractual Program Agreement outlined in CIP Form 202. In this case, you will VOID your Service Fee Waiver, due to your Project Early Termination (PET) and you will be subjected for paying the current cost for the CIP services rendered to you; which effectively secured the Project Funds that you are requesting to take control of. Full Payment for our services rendered is due immediately for a PET. The amount of Project Funds available and on hand at the time of your ROL will be less the minimum cost of our Service Fees listed on the current CIP Form 202 Service Agreement. If our Service Fee amount exceeds the amount of Project Funding secured or available to CIP, you will be personally responsible and held liable for the balance. Administrative and processing fees and other cost for collections may apply at the time of your ROL. All ROL request must be in written format and it may take up to 90 days to process your PET, under normal conditions.

Program Fraud, System Waste and/or Abuse:

To prevent Program Fraud, you, the consumer, MUST agree to the terms and conditions of this policy, by agreeing, you hereby authorize CIP to donate all PET Funds secured through CIP efforts under its sole discretion without your prior knowledge, permission, or consent. The donated to funds will be used to fund other Community Service Projects, opposed to releasing CIP generated Funds for unregulated usage. This policy prevents the Community Impact Program from being used as a Cash-Out or Money laundering program. The donated PET Funds will be used in the best interest of the CIP's and Community Service Projects, in efforts to fulfill its true Mission of "Putting America Back To WORK!" (One JOB at a time!)

There are No Exceptions to this policy.
