i purchased a recliner AND a 5 year warranty from this business in March 2022. In April 2022, the recliner broke. Now, this company has $499.79 of MY money, & i have a broken chair. This company will neither respond to emails nor call me back.Initial Complaint

I paid with my credit card to purchase a sofa from furniture warehouse on 3/1/22 and furniture had to deliver to my home adress on 19th of March. I found today that I lost job so means I can not pay the credit money so I contacted the warehouse on 910-867-4275 and informed of my situation and requested to credit my credit card as due to loosing job I am unable to pay for the furniture. The store staff was insisting on selling the product,refuse to refund me although furniture is still with them in the store. Sale rep was insisting on if I dont purchase then I have to take store credit which was insensitive to my situation so I got upset and said same facts with shouting at phone which he hang up the phone. I contacted again and requested to talk to their manager but same person pick up the phone and although this time I just was saying in normal tune that I want to speak to manager ,he unnecessarily was saying unless you don't calm down I won't talk to you so I hang up the phone. I have lost a job and in no way I can offors this furniture at this time. Furniture is still in the warehouse and I am under debut. Please money must be returned to credit company at earliest. Thanks
