My name is ***********************. I am an active duty soldier that stayed at one of your properties located at ****************************************************************************** from ***** January 2023. My stay was the worst I have experienced at a hotel. If I had seen it with my own eyes, I would have changed to another hotel. My complaints are; Room was never cleaned during my stay, so I had to dump my own trash.Never received clean linen, was stuck with the same linen during my stay. Hotel managementinformed me that I have to ask for my room clean (which is only done after four nights) and had to p*** request for it to be cleaned!! and water in the shower was either cold or scolding hot. ******** had bed bugs that I am submitting pictures of my bites on my body and the bed. Since the hotelnever clean the rooms, the mattresses are not cleaned.There was hardly any breakfast (no bagels, rare cereal, orange juice, etc., which occurred at **** when food was to be provided).Smell in the hallways.Locked out of the third floor hallway (manager seemed to not care until others complained). Noise on property after **** pm to **** am, in which I never slept due to hotel guests yelling, slamming doors,bringing in additional people into the hotel, music playing out in parking lot (guest manager at night seemed to not care),complained to the front desk, where the attendee (watching the people make noise on the camera) seemed to not care. drawers were chipped. No extra linen in rooms, etc. seemed nothing wrong. HORRIBLE, FOUR NIGHTS OF H*** AT QUALITY INN!
