I placed my order on July 27, 2024, it was delivered on August 2nd. I picked up my package and when I opened it on August 3rd I found hair in the box and a ant floating inside the body oil I received. I emailed the company immediately and never received a response. I tried reaching out to them on Instagram on a post and DM but again no response. I sent a total of 5 emails (with pictures and video). I also put 2 posts on their Instagram page. I would like replacement for the product I paid for.Initial Complaint

I received my order but was missing 2 body oils. I've made multiple attempts to contact the company via email and phone to see if my products can be sent because I understand things happen. To date, no response. I would like my items or a refund for those items.Initial Complaint

I purchased 5 Bar Bundle - Even Skin Turmeric Beauty Bar, 5-Pack Healthy Glow - **************** Body Scrub Bundle and Sugar Kissed: 5-Pack Lip Scrub Bundle. back in December 2023. Purchase at your own risk!!! 9 items missing from an order of 25 items and customer service is pretty much non-existent. If you order do an unbox video for proof your items are missing, if your emails go unresolved you have what you need for your bank if they request it.Initial Complaint

On January 27, 2024 I received an email confirmation for this order #: ******* from Ancient Cosmetics. My order was processed and shipped in a timely matter however, I did not receive the Autumn Apple body oil priced at $12.99. I did receive the 5 body butters that I ordered. *** tried contacting the company on multiple occasions but Im not getting a response. Im only asking that they send the body oil because I do love the product.Initial Complaint

Order number ******* (placed 17 June 2023)I never received my order. It's been over 6 months. I have reach out to Ancient ************************** for over 6 months with no response or any shipping information. Ancient Cosmetics has stolen money from me unless they provide a full refund. I would rather have a refund than for them to ship the products I have ordered. I no longer want to support this business as I have been really patient with them. Thank you.Initial Complaint

I ordered 2 items from Ancient Cosmeticz on May 20th 2023 and paid $29.17. I realized my order was missing and emailed the support team on June 13 2023. They responded and we went back and forth with emails until August 8th 2023. That was the last message I got from them. I emailed them three more times on Aug 10, Aug 21 and Sep 19th. I have not received a reply. I never got a refund and I never received the items I paid for. This business should be shut down for fraud.Initial Complaint

I was really enjoying and recommending people to shop with them until my last two orders arrived. I stock up because they do not always have my scents in stocks. I open the last two orders and was very disappointed with the body oil because it not only did not have a pleasant scent but one that is very unpleasant. To make sure it was not me I had 3 other smell it and they were upset that I Asked them to smell it. The body scrub has no oil. Therefor it is dry and falls apart and scratches my skin when I attempt t use it. I had to purchase ******* essential oil and other a carier oil to add to the scrubs. After contacting them ******* brushed me off by not reading my email. My items are not missing but they are defective. I explored their IG page and learned that other people are having issues with them now. At this point t I might just need my money back
